Loved the Plague Tale world. It was dark and bleak befitting the black plague, and yet it manages to capture moments of bright, hopeful beauty in it all. Although some characters had a short amount of time on screen, they were all memorable in one way or another. The collectibles here were varied and interesting, and thought it was a great blend between a strategy (stealth & resource management) and horror (concept) game. Quite cinematic, and felt more like a foot in the cinema and foot in games.

Absolutely beautiful game. The story is genuinely touching, the atmosphere is incredible and I loved every moment of it. It’s definitely one of those games that stays with you even after you finish it. Ngl, I’ve played a lot of games, but this is actually my first ever public review on Steam... and honestly, it really deserves it, because the game was just so special.
