Great game in a small package! Unfortunately I couldn't play the last stage because it began glitching out on me (using the hook weapon seemed to screw with the level and caused the monsters to go invisible or become untargetable), but up until that point it was very fun! The dialogue was very cute at well, a real nice game to play if you have some time to kill.
The base gameplay is really good, and well worth the price. Many viable builds with many different shenanigans give it high replay value. It hits a wide range of skill levels, starting you off with fairly simple arena battles but later providing some absolutely brutal puzzle stages and higher difficulties in general. At around 64% completion, I do feel like I've hit a bit of a brick wall with regards to puzzle unlocks, and I have to question how on earth you're supposed to reach 100% completion. My biggest gripe is that it suffers a bit from indie game syndrome in the polishing. Every now and then you'll run into UI bugs, there'll be missing tooltips that disappear after briefly saying "asdfg", the exe's process is named (DEBUG) even in the live release, and there is a dyslexic amount of typos that sadly detracts from the presentation, even though the creator calls themselves out on it in-game with a text popup saying "You may be wondering about all the typos in this game. I wonder about that too." Underneath the sloppy presentation, there's a real gem of a game. However, you only get to make one first impression, and because of the typos and weird UI bugs I'm worried a lot of folks will give the game a pass thinking it's just not done or professionally made - which is sad because the gameplay scratches that tactics-desiring itch of mine extremely well!
Simple, fun, easy to get into. Great game. Hope to see updates or more to come.

Balance is better :] Would be nice to have a bonus item to bring in to a run, and a clierer way to restore bag mana.
