4x4 Dream Race

I got this as a gift and I feel like I've been robbed.

♠ Worum geht's? 4x4 Dream Race ist ein simples Rennspiel, das verschiedene Landschaften zeigt. [+] ♤ kurze Unterhaltung [-] ♤ monoton ♤ keine Herausforderungen ♤ keine Bestrafung für Fehlverhalten beim Fahren, es gibt nicht mal eine vorgegebene Richtung ♤ richtig nervige Musik ♤ 4,99 € sind wirklich zuviel verlangt für so ein Spiel - eine Games of Thrones Episode von Telltale Games bietet wesentlich mehr für den selbigen Preis - ich habe es im Sale für 0,99 € bekommen dafür ist es dann wieder in Ordnung. Der Originalpreis halte ich aber für überteuert für die gebotene Leistung ♠ Mein Fazit: Das Spiel sollte man ohne Erwartungen starten, dann wird man nicht enttäuscht. Leider eine Geldverschwendung, aber ganz okay gegen Langeweile zumindest am Anfang. Ein richtiges Kart-Game wäre hier die bessere Variante.

I guess it's somewhat clever to attach the runtime to the launcher instead of the game. Makes it harder for folks to leave a review. That being said, this is a truly awful racing game. Tracks are nearly impossible to win due to the absurd 5 second head start cars get and their sheer ability to never fall off the track. Controls are awful, the UI is equally bad. This is just a bad experience every second you're playing it.

You know, this one is good for a laugh. Cheap joke gift that's no Grand Turismo. However, the control is all over the place and seems to change the rules on you as you play. Fun for a couple of seconds, but can't recommend.
