About
3D Printer Manager is a strategic semi idle management game that takes you into the addictive world of 3D printing. Start your journey as a hobbyist in your bedroom with a single, noisy printer and a dream. Your goal? To build the ultimate 3D printing empire.
Manage your fleet of machines, optimize your filament supply, and fulfill customer orders to fund your expansion. As you grow, you'll move from a cramped bedroom to a garage, an office, and finally a factory. Whether you're a 3D printing enthusiast or a fan of tycoon games, 3D Printer Manager offers a satisfying blend of strategy, progression, and idle mechanics.
Build Your Fleet: Purchase and manage distinct printer types including reliable Cartesian workhorses, lightning-fast CoreXY machines, and tall Delta towers. Each comes with its own speed, cost, and reliability trade-offs.
Master Materials: Work your way up from basic PLA to advanced materials like ABS, TPU, Nylon, and premium Carbon Fiber. Each filament type commands a different market price and requires careful management.
Deep Upgrade System: Fine-tune your machines for peak performance. Install Klipper firmware to boost speed, improve durability to reduce breakdowns, and upgrade efficiency to cut material costs.
Expand Your Empire: Outgrow your space? Move your operation from a humble Bedroom with 4 spaces for printers, to a Garage, Office, and eventually a high-tech Factory capable of housing dozens of machines.
Automate & Optimize: You can't click forever. Hire staff to keep your farm running 24/7. They'll handle print jobs, perform repairs, and prioritize high-value orders while you sit back and watch the profits roll in.
Fulfill Orders: Take on contracts for specific prints, from the classic "Benchy" to complex "Articulated Dragons." Balancing bulk orders with daily production is key to maximizing your reputation and income.

This game was easy to follow along with, I was able to understand the mechanics easily. There is just enough automation that makes it easy to step back, but the 'Order' system was a plus. It is still only in Early Access but I felt thoroughly pleased by the game so far!
i love the game its great if you get the hang of it your good i have all rooms fill with best printers and 300k and finzed all objectives
This game is too easy, from the game thumbnail I thought it would be some 3d game, but it's just a UI only game with only waiting. I literally got a worker in the first 20 mins of the game and he did everything, then I went afk and came back to realize my print went viral and now I suddenly got 7k in my account. Then I maxed out my printers with that 7k and the game like did everything automatically, I'll still recommend this game because the developer probably is an indie dev and I don't wanna get his hopes down. Keep up the good work dev.

The game is fun for the first few minutes then it turns into just waiting for more money to buy 59 more 3d printers. There are no additional mechanics to unlock after your first 3d printer. It takes less than a day to reach the end of the game.
It is a nice idle game, well built even though there's UX opportunities. I completed 26/29 achievements in less than 4 hours. Which is the only downside. The game is yet limited in content and in scalability. More printers are needed. Much more blueprints are needed. Mass requests needs to be bigger like 2x or 3x more. To be challenging. Reputation scales too fast, and it's based on the amount produced, it should be based on Who requested, How urgent, How was the deliverable. There more to comment ... but I hope to see new updates!!
I hope there is more. After 5 hours I find it a bit lacking. It's early access though so I'm hoping there is lots more in store. Currently it's free so absolutely recommend. I wouldn't pay for this... yet at least. Feels like a browser game.
Boring as hell. And clearly uses AI, but there's no AI disclosure on the Steam page
time between orders is way too long. i have sat here for over 5 min waiting on orders. multiple times.
Good game! I’ve really enjoyed playing it so far, but I think the game could benefit from making it less profitable to simply spam-print products without having active orders. For example, I’ve mostly been spam-printing wall hooks because they’re easy to produce and provide a reliable source of income. At this point, I’m probably only about an hour away from completing the entire game, and I feel like I’ve been able to progress very quickly without having to think too much about what I’m producing or how I’m running the business. I think there could be more emphasis on actually managing the business rather than just finding the most profitable item and continuously printing it. Maybe products could become less profitable when there is no demand for them, or you could have storage costs, market saturation, declining prices, or other consequences for producing huge quantities of the same item without having customers lined up. I’d also love to see more inspiration taken from games like Game Dev Tycoon, where the player is regularly given meaningful decisions that can have both positive and negative consequences for the business. For example, you could have random events, customer demands, supplier problems, equipment failures, new competitors entering the market, unexpected large orders, changes in market trends, or opportunities to invest in new technology. The important part would be that the player actually has to make decisions and accept the consequences of those decisions. It would be especially interesting if these choices weren’t always obviously good or bad. For example, investing heavily in a new printer could increase production speed and unlock better products, but it could also put the business into debt or cause maintenance costs to increase. Taking a large custom order could provide a huge profit, but failing to deliver on time could damage your reputation. Overall, I think the game has a really solid foundation. I’d just like to see more systems that encourage the player to actively manage and think about the business instead of relying on one highly profitable product and mass-producing it until the game is finished. More meaningful decisions, changing market conditions, and consequences for how you run the business could make the game much more engaging and give it a lot more replayability.
