Its a great game! but it takes forever to gain traction and get started, very great game in early access Pros: Cool game Neutrals: Printer animations (2D only, simple) Cons: Takes forever to start and requires alot of patience (maybe a speed up mode will help) Employee managing (fighting to print the specific order, maybe a much better assignment system)

I enjoyed playing 3D Printer Manager and the core idea of running a 3D printing business is fun. The game loop is satisfying at first and it's interesting to grow your printing farm. However, the game starts to feel quite empty in the late game. Eventually the optimal strategy becomes simply filling every room with the best printers and waiting until you reach 1M to finish the achievements. At that point there isn't much decision-making left. I would love to see more depth in a few areas: More interaction with clients – custom orders, special requests, or unique jobs would make the business feel more alive. Creating your own products – right now everything feels a bit basic. Designing your own product lines or more complex items would add creativity. Smarter workers – it would be great if workers could decide what to print based on demand instead of needing constant micromanagement. They could even cost more if they were actually smarter and more autonomous. More freedom and progression systems – the gameplay currently feels a bit too simple and lacks a sense of personal involvement. Overall I liked the concept and had fun with it, but the game would benefit a lot from deeper management systems and more player creativity.

Decent gameplay loop. Limited printer/print options. Works well on Linux.

game is good, can get a little repetitive so may need more to do later in the game plus more bulk prints and the addition to use one worker and assign them to do multiple types of plastic and not just one. But overall great game.
