This game will rock your world. I could not help but have a complete lifestyle change after playing this.
TL;DR: This is just a typical asset flip. Don't buy it. If you really want it, buy it from a key reseller for pennies. The level design is horrendous. There are ways to get out of bounds without even trying. On one of the levels, it's honestly harder to stay in bounds than it is to go out of bonds. There are ways to get out of bounds that look like you're meant to go there. There is visible back-face culling everywhere. You barely even have to try to look for it. Some levels are ridiculously easy, while others are ridiculously hard. It's not even a matter of skill, it's just poor level design. There are two maps I played of the 10 available that are just so hard because of the fireballs flying everywhere. There's barely any window at all to make it through the line of fire before the next fireball is thrown at you. There are also hazards that you have to avoid, but you don't know they're hazards until they kill you. For example, on one of the maps there is a little bit of fire that you'd look at and assume if just an ambient bit of fire to make the level look nice. Nope: you touch it and you instantly die. The enemies consist of two things: infinitely-spawning fireballs that you have to avoid, a la Donkey Kong barrels; and "zombies" that run up and try to stab you. While the fireballs insta-kill you, the zombies are less of a threat. You have plenty of time to headshot them before they get too close. If they do get too close, you can press E, which makes your character do a sort of melee takedown, killing the zombie. There are only two weapons I found: a handgun and an assault rifle. Both weapons have a maximum clip size of 100, and do about the same damage (read: almost nothing, unless it's in the head). Crouching works to duck under fireballs and whatnot, but it doesn't visibly change your character model. When an enemy zombie dies, their corpse jostles about forever, sometimes flying across the room. You can sometimes melee an enemy from very far away. You can sometimes melee enemies that are already dead. The magazines scattered throughout the level are floating in mid-air. Some levels perform horribly on my i5-6500 and RX 480 (~10 fps at times). The UI was literally probably made in Paint.

It is incredible how bad and buggy shooter game is. You have to try to make it this bad... In May 2024 the price was increased from 0,99€ to 5,89€ for no other good reason other that they can make it seem like you are getting a better deal when they put it on a 88% off sale.
Warning: Asset Flip! Zomby Soldier is a Digital Homicide style asset flip, or what Valve calls a "Fake Game". The "developer" paid for/pirated a few Unreal Marketplace packs, dumped them all in a blender, and submitted it to Valve as if they're real game developers.
Two notable criteria for what makes an asset flip instead of legitimate use of stock assets are whether those assets comprise the majority of the game, and whether the "developer" properly credited the people who created most of the assets in the game. This game fails both of those tests. The "developers" here didn't credit any of the artists and real, actual game developers who created the assets here, so this is plagiarism, as well as cash grab shovelware. In this case, the asset flipper took a bunch of basic Unity Marketplace assets (zombies, hallways etc) and stapled them lazily and clumsily onto an Unreal third person brawler blueprint. It has no value or merit as a real game. Tero Lunkka have shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab, through this account or through closely linked/alt accounts. Here's some examples so you can see for yourself:

"Nash Racing 2" = Advanced Tuning Cars developed by James Novih
"Lawnmower Game: Pinball" = Pinball Construction Kit developed by Epic Games
"Thirsty Bubble" = Low Poly Scenario Pack+POLYGON Knights Pack+Simple Dungeons developed by
"Candy Golf" = Mini Golf Template developed by GoFlood
"Candy Renovation" = Renovation Simulator developed by Manudog
"The Warrior Of Treasures" = Dynamic Combat System developed by Grzegorz Szewczyk
"Cyborg Invasion Shooter" = Third Person Shooter Kit developed by Epic Games
"Aliens Dont Exist" = Alien Character - Free Sprite developed by Craftpix
"Survival Isolation" = Easy Survival RPG v3 developed by Easy Systems
"Fancy the Frog" = Pixel Adventure 1 developed by Pixel Frog
"Nash Racing" = Advanced Tuning Cars developed by James Novih
Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. The developers didn't design the game for modern gaming PCs, as such the display resolution caps out at 1080p, a very low resolution that became mainstream back in 2006 and became obsolete when 4K entered the mainstream in 2014. The game simply won't look right on modern gaming displays due to this failure on the part of the developers. Bewilderingly, the game doesn't include proper audio controls, so you can't turn off the annoying sound/background music, you'll need to alt+tab out and stop it using the Windows sound mixer. This is obviously not okay and it's unclear why the developers chose not to include this basic feature. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers, left handed gamers or gamers using AZERTY or other international keyboard layouts. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. The poor quality of this game is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 3 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 100,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected. It's also important to note the "developer" here has connections to a number of shady Russian asset flippers and review manipulators who show an organised pattern to scam and defraud gamers with fake reviews and asset flipping the work of others for profit. While reviews are about the games, gamers should be informed when developers act unethically. Whether these connections are the same developer using multiple accounts, or just working closely with other unethical developers, gamers should be warned about the harm to gamers by this developer and their associates. Buying games from unethical developers puts your money at risk. This kind of asset flipping isn't harmless. It makes it harder for gamers to find genuinely made games from ethical developers. It makes it harder for genuine indie developers, who put hard work into trying to make real games, to find an audience for their products. It gives indie developers a bad name. So, should you buy this game? Is this one of the best of the 100,000+ games on Steam? Zomby Soldier has the preposterous price of around $6 USD, it's not worth it given the defects and shortcomings with the product, especially considering the unethical nature of the developer. For comparison, the $6 asking price for this game could get you games like "Cities: Skylines", "Bioshock Infinite" or "The Elder Scrolls Online". Quality, professionally made games like those are frequently on sale cheaper than this.
This is the pinnacle of Survival FPS Horror. Truly a cultural reset.
アセットフリップゲーだけど、案外面白くて暇つぶしになったのでセールなどで安くなったときに買ってもいいと思います。
