Zenko: A Fox's Tale

シンプルな登山ゲーム（苦行ではない）です。 日本語対応してませんがストーリーはないので特に問題なくプレイできます。 舞台は日本っぽいけどどう見ても建築は大陸側なのがらしいっちゃらしいです。

[h1] I'm not a Furry[/h1] Don't look at this review like that. I can feel your judging eyes on me through these words. I'm talking to you John, yes you, John Fox. This game is really really good. It's got a great approach to fun Easter eggs, collectibles, and platform puzzles. I'd call it precise, but it's not, there's a lot of room for error. Which makes it all the more fun. It gives you enough of a challenge to make it not a walk in the park (somewhat due to some programming mishaps which are obvious, to say the least), and easy enough that the feeling of win or lose isn't there. It's simply simple. You know what these kinds of games are, you're playing as a cartoony fox (I'm not a furry) with a raindrop spirit sidekick. You've played as a Bear and his Bird, a Squirrel and his ♥♥♥♥, a Chameleon and his Bat, a Dragon and his Firefly, a Bandicoot and his Mask, and a Tasmanian Tiger and his [spoiler]idk, I never played Ty the Tasmanian Tiger it looked stupid and all the commercials were mean spirited [/spoiler]. [b] It'll never match with the aforementioned classics, but it sure as hell proves that Wolf Packtics know what they are doing. [/b] Where's devolver digital when you need them?

Cute platformer with an equally cute fox.

A fun cute little platformer. I rather enjoyed it and, though it could be more polished in some places like having a counter for each level to display how many shrines you've found, it is overall a very fun little experience. It is also admittedly short, but, considering it's a free game, I'd hardly call that an issue. Honestly, I kind of wish I could pay five dollars for a 'support the devs' DLC of some kind, even if it didn't come with any kind of actual content. Definitely recommend though!

The game can be quickly finished, all achievements in two hours mostly But the game is free and i saw paid games that were finished way quicker than that. The controls are not perfect but it's not unplayable, you can easily get the hang of it and the platforming become less hard. The graphics are nice, giving a nice japanese scene of the game, some secrets to discover too. The music is relaxing as well, only bad point is the change of tone when you switch realm, which can end up weird when you switch a lot. The only thing i could say to improve the game is to see for a better optimisation, the game can become laggy in certain places Mostly in the ghostly realm probably because of the number of particles. Other than that i would love to see more things on that game, it's a really neat concept. Just find a bit sad that the fox don't take his three tail form in the ghostly realm like the game artwork show. But even with the little bad points, this game is really worth a try. It's fun to play and it have pretty nice environnement.
