X-Mode was almost completely solo developed by xzippyachx, a solo indie developer making video games as a hobby since 2015. X-Mode started development in early 2020 and is their first game released on Steam. X-Mode's development process was also documented on YouTube.

my feelings are... mixed on this first the good - game is VERY fun - guns are mostly balanced - level design is horrible in the funny way - bots make up for lack of players now the bad - the sniper rifle only one taps to the head, despite already taking forever to zoom in and server latency making shots inconsistently hit, should do one tap to chest and above - bots are scaled far too high for what they are, they're bots. not training partners - could benefit from a new gun like a grenade launcher - game optimization doesn't exist, I'm running a 4090 and the valley map drops my frames down to 100, which for a game of this quality is unheard of. i hope the developer sees this
The Game Is Very Good AMAZING Infact But Most Servers Were Just Full Of BOTS Since Nobody Is Playing But I See Potential In This Game It Has Everything An FPS Needs But It Just Needs a Community And Good Marketing Then The Game Would Get It's Attention It Deserves 10/10 You Should DEFINITELY Play It
