The game itself is good. However, the administration interferes with the gameplay of communities and allows certain guilds to gain an advantage over others. It also permits server administrators to collude with players.
World of Sea Battle feels like a reshaped, more accessible version of Naval Action, built with the more casual player in mind. And honestly, there’s nothing wrong with that. The game has plenty of similarities to Naval Action, and for those of us who spent years sailing those waters, the familiar mechanics and feel can be genuinely enjoyable. But after spending my first day playing it, I quickly realised that the biggest problem with this game isn’t the game itself. It’s the community. For those of you who left Naval Action, do you remember the toxic side of that community? The constant drama, the hostility, the arrogance, the people who seemed to take every opportunity to make the game a miserable experience for everyone around them? Well, unfortunately, it seems some of that toxicity has followed us here. In fact, some of them didn’t even bother leaving their old identities behind. They’ve brought the same in-game character names from Naval Action into World of Sea Battle, almost as if they’ve simply picked up where they left off. It’s spread into this game like a cancer. During my very first day, I was enjoying the similarities to Naval Action, getting used to the mechanics and simply having fun. Then I started paying attention to the community — reading the chat, seeing how people spoke to one another and watching the way certain players behaved. And honestly? It was disgusting. It was almost surreal. Here I was, in what is essentially a new environment, discovering familiar mechanics, familiar faces and, in some cases, even the same names from Naval Action — only to find that the same old attitude had apparently made the journey as well. A game can have flaws. Balance can be changed. Mechanics can be improved. Bugs can be fixed. But a toxic community is something else entirely. It can drive away new players before they’ve even had the chance to discover what the game has to offer. That’s what worries me about World of Sea Battle. The game has potential. It has enough of that old Naval Action feeling to bring people like me back to the sea, but in a more casual and accessible form. Yet if the same toxic mentality that plagued Naval Action is allowed to take root here, then it won’t matter how good the ships, combat or mechanics become. Because eventually, people will simply stop wanting to play. I genuinely hope I’m wrong. I hope what I experienced was just a bad first impression and not a reflection of the wider community. But after only one day, the similarities between the two games weren’t the only thing I noticed. I recognised the community too. I recognised the names. And, more worryingly, I recognised the behaviour. If World of Sea Battle is going to succeed, it needs to become more than just a reshaped Naval Action. It needs to avoid inheriting the worst parts of Naval Action along with the good ones. Because ships can be rebuilt. Combat can be balanced. Mechanics can be changed. But once a community becomes toxic enough, rebuilding it is an entirely different battle.
the gameplay itself it pretty fun was having a good time playing it, then saw a mod get on and banning people for as little as saying "your mom" so solid game, but they allow moderators to powertrip and ban for whatever they want, i got an hour ban for asking if it was made in korea

Very deep and detailed open world golden age of sail game. Clearly made by enthusiasts that are not afraid to develop layers of complexity. Highly recommend to anyone who is either interested in deep economic trade route development or plundering the seas like a pirate, its got it all.
UMA BARCO A VELA, APROXIMADAMENTE A 50 METROS SER MAIS RAPIDO QUE UM TIRO DE CANHÃO? EU CALCULO O TIRO, NA FRENTE DO BARCO, A 5O METROS, O BARCO PASSA PELA LINHA DE RAJADA DE TIRO , E NEHUM ACERTA. CAI TODOS OS BALOSTES ATRAS DO BARCO. E ISSO ESTOU FALANDO CONTRA NPCS, SÃO FACEIS DE DESTRUIR, MAS ESSES DETALHES QUE MENSIONEI DEIXA A DESEJAR. VOCE NÃO TEM NEHUMA CHANCE CONTRA PLAYER COM MAIS TEMPO DE JOGO, OU QUE ESTA GASTANDO PRA EVOLUIR. NÃO GOSTEI NÃO!
