More pushing And again I’m being pushed to play new games or constantly having buy buy buy ads to PURCHASE and having to close those windows SHOVED at me to buy and forced to say NO or click on windows to buy coins or play these new games. I shouldn’t have to close windows shoved in my face. If I am interested in buying or playing I’d know how to do that without being annoyed. Please allow serious players to play without forcing prompts. Thank you. I didn’t think I could hate anything more than Streaks but you proved me wrong with WordDash.

Self defeating number of ads If they want us to keep playing maybe they shouldn’t have five minutes of ads for their other games after every single move? I only downloaded this because they stopped providing a Facebook version. Hugely annoying to have far longer ads on this platform than Facebook. I will be playing much less. Good work guys.

Too many ads There’s basically an ad after every word played. Not very relaxing and extremely disruptive to game play.

So close Very well designed game with multiple parts with fun word-solving challenges. The game itself works very well. Would rate 5 stars but, once again, there’s an ad that won’t close (Smash). The only option is to go to the store. Other ads work fine. Hope u fix soon.

Love it, but don’t kill it with ADS! I’ve been playing for years. Love the word games. But recently I got ripped into watching promos for other games they’re pushing. Big turnoff!

Rewards not working Newest update won’t let me collect my rewards. I click on rewards and nothing happens. I have reported this to in-game help and they insist it’s fixed when it clearly is not. Love the game and I pay for ad-free. It’s really disappointing the updates and support aren’t there to support us players. Please fix this issue.

Bad instructions on changing sign in method Zynga and Facebook are part ways on September 1, 2026. I’ve been signing in via Facebook since I started playing WWF in 2012. In the app settings page, the instructions are terrible for how to change the sign in method. I have written to Zynga and have received no response. When I follow their instructions, there are no clubs available to me and I have been part of the same club for at least 3 years. This is very frustrating and I can’t be the only one with a problem. Very concerned about the upcoming September one login change

Make it easy for an older person to enjoy👍 I just wish it would be a little more uncomplicated to get yes I wish it was a little less complicated and I think it helps me with my spelling as I get older and older harder and harder thank you 😘to my word game👍

Can’t Play Games won’t sync but everything else works.

I just want to PLAY I am sick of the constant pop-ups, the millions of mini-games and weirdness. I just want to play the classic game with my friends and not be constantly harassed to play other games in the app. I have turned off every type of notification except the ones that let me know when it's my turn or someone sends me a message, yet I am STILL getting constant notifications telling me to try something else I don't want. Y'all are doing too much. I like the custom tiles and the profile frames, those are fun additions - but it takes so much to unlock them that it's basically impossible for normal game players. Just getting lame like everything else because it's all about money.
