Good game but needs attention Been playing for over ten years. Couple of things. Ads are really aggressive at times. You have to X out of them multiple times to exit the ad even then many times the ad has already hijacked your browser. Also, I like Dice Challenge, but WWF doesn’t keep up with gameplay statistics like it does in classic play. Change this. It should. And these should be tracked separately! Also, club banners should have more character space for descriptions and club leaders should also be able to tell which of his players has messaging enabled or not. *update* I also paid to have ads removed, and now I have ads back! WTH! Not pleased.

Advertisement Wayyyy too many unnecessary long advertisements! After every move it’s an unnecessary advertisement, hard to close out and has nothing to do with nothing every time. Used to be my favorite game but I’m tired of the repeated advertisements after every single move I make. I’m over it now, takes the fun out and other apps don’t have as many advertisements as this one. Time to uninstall!!!

Momma L WHY DO I KEEP GETTING A POPUP ASKING FOR MY DATE OF BIRTH? AND MY APPLE ID? This game is fun and gives me the opportunity to play with my friends but it either freezes up or I can’t open the rewards part of the game. It would be great if they’d fix it. I’ve played it on my iPhone and iPad for years, now I can’t get it to work most of the time. It’s so frustrating. I’ve tried numerous ways to fix it nothing helps.

Too Much Flashy Useless Distraction The title says it all. I just want to play the game. I do not want to be distracted by flashing banners, blinking stars, pop-ups, or any of the rest of it I don't want to enter contest play side games, etc. It is just too junky.

Problems Why is it impossible to remove unwanted players/challengers from my game ❓

No Longer User Friendly You earn trophies and on Tuesdays, they are stolen and sometimes you will just be left with 500 trophies down from maybe even 80,000+. Also if you get a streak going ? ☠️beware☠️ because they’re going to cut it . . . whether it’s a streak between opponents on how many days you played the game, or the very very important GUESSWORD streak, which I had up to 233 and they have again reset me down to zero. The customer service in the past has been great. However, they have grown tired of me pointing out the problems and will no longer help me. Again, my GUESSWORDstreak (almost 700) and it’s been cut again. They simply do not keep track, they do not care. YOU WILL NEED CONTINUOUS “SUPPORT” AND THIS SUPPORT IS NOT FRIENDLY

Problem… I’ve played a long time but I couldn’t find any help page. The rewards isn’t working. On the goals/rewards page I can see and complete the goals, but clicking rewards does nothing. Can you please look into this? Hard to believe I’m the only one. Thanks for fixing this so fast!

Rewards tab not working! Last two days Rewards tab is not working - screen just blinks and nothing happens! Was hoping update would fix it, but it didn’t. So can’t claim anything.
