This is a very good way to focus on reading the Bible and getting your typing speed improved. The translation used is a very good and accurate one, and renders the Lord's name as Yahweh (which I like). The only thing to note: the WPM it shows will not be the true WPM, as you would have to account for mistakes and correcting them in a real typing scenario. Otherwise, this is still a very good way to increase WPM. I have gotten from about an 87 WPM high to a 96 WPM high in just over 4 hours on this game. I would totally recommend this to anyone who would like to practice typing. EDIT: After playing this for 5.6 hours, I have hit 101 WPM, and am still very happy with this game. This has become part of my Bible study routine, and a very good way that I am improving my WPM. I'm seeing that some people don't think this should have paid DLC, but come on people, you don't have to buy it if you don't want to, and it is a nice way to support the creator.

"Word" is a really nasty cash grab... basically it's a simple typing tutorial where you type out bible verses and count your words per minute. But the problem is the insane $21 USD worth of soundtrack DLC you're supposed to buy... yes, that's right, the developers are trying to use biblical verse for their own profit and self enrichment. I'm pretty sure one of the commandments in the bible has something about not using faith for your own vanity and personal profit, but that's what's happening here. Disgusting, isn't it? Anyway, horribly unethical developers aside, religion, like politics, has no place in gaming. For gameplay purposes, because the user interface for this game is mostly just 2D static text/images... it might as well be a web page. It's functionally no different from a browser game. And we all know, Steam isn't here to compete with Chrome and Firefox. If the game can be done in a web browser, it's just not rich or compelling enough to appeal to serious gamers on PC. The graphics here are particularly awful, just text and some probably stolen stock art, so bad that it actually stands out as one of the worst looking games on Steam. Quite an accomplishment. It's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarily visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. Now on to pricing and value for gamers. The developer has their hand out for a $21 USD "donation" for this as you're expected to give them money for soundtrack DLC (that's already in the game) from Steam to "support" the "developer"... digital panhandling. Like the homeless guys who splash dirty water on your windscreen at the traffic lights. No thanks. In terms of public reception, this failed. There's over 130 million unique gamers visiting Steam every month. SteamDB showed the game peaked at [b]only 5 concurrent players[/b]... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Given that this free title won't increase your game collector count, is it worth your time to add it to your library? Nope. This isn't worth downloading. I didn't pay money, but I still feel ripped off.

You basically just copy the Bible and try to improve your WPS (words per second) score.

Now I can type the entire Bible as Jesus himself typed it!
