recommended to me by a friend. Pros: i like that i can shoot in the main menu, feels nice lol simplistic, nice pixel art style. guns all feel balanced, no huge gap between what is good and bad (besides revolver lol) drops after boss are a nice addition. second phases for bosses make the fight more interesting (but still a bit dull.) healing after killing enemies is a must for this game, if not for that, it would be unplayable. Cons: obvious divide in the strength of wings, cooldowns on some are far too long to justify use. game feels claustrophobic being shot and hit by enemies off-screen feels a bit cheap. especially falling downwards right ontop of them (skill issue) Recommendations: jump should be space without a doubt, or allow me to change the bind. zoom the screen out a bit more. feels very claustrophobic, feel as if i cannot see much... (maybe intended?) in the same breath, make the map bigger, a bit hard to tell where i am at on it, but not unusable. boss health bar could use a background? maybe add white space from where the health is shrunk so there is a sense of progression throughout the fight (although the second phases were a nice addition!) game is a bit reminiscent of a game i loved to play called "Roguelands"
is a fun lil game is hard as heck but still fun hehe
