From the artwork, to the mechanics, and story-line, everything is wonderful. I have only run across a couple bugs that the dev team is already working on fixes for.
Nice game! I'm definitely waiting for more content, but it's a solid foundation, and it's already highly enjoyable. I'll update this review once I have more playtime, but I can see myself playing this one for quite a long time!
So, let me first state this is NOT the type of game I would normally play. That being said, I love it. The old school art design, the rpg leveling, the story (so far), etc, I like. It is early access, so be warned, there are bugs. Inventory gets glitched if you move backpacks from one slot to another (have to unequip and re-equip) which can lead to the game locking up at a reward screen after a fight. The devs are now aware of it and are fixing that issue though. Also, in the labyrinth, there are sections where my FPS tanks from 200+ to like 2-15fps which makes it unplayable. Luckily, it only in certain spots from what I can tell. I would like to state more, but I am dying to get back to the game. lol. If you have questions, comment and I'll answer what I can.

Been playing wheel of fate for a couple hours now and so far I like it a lot. The story is immersive and quite unique. I really enjoy the graphics, in particular the character design is not run of the mill. The wheel and dungeon design is awesome. This game does take time to get used to but is really fun once you get the hang of it. It is certainly not easy which I appreciate. What I like most about this game is the random experience generation, as depicted by the spinning of the wheel of fate. With a spin it completely changes the experience, from town to dungeon, monsters and drops. It also changes how difficult the game is to play. The items and weapons are also really cool. Nice effects on the equipment! I know I will be playing this game for many hours more!!
I wish i could give this a meh rating instead of a yes or no, because it is firmly in the middle. I backed this project on kickstarter and am unsatisfied thus far. The concept is quite the undertaking and the fact that this is being done by a small studio shows in all the worst ways. The dialogue is uninspired with several reactions that make no sense. The overall plot is contrived and not re-imagined, there's just the samey only survivor concept. The action command battle system is too fast and the ring unnecessarily shoots across the entire screen. They should've looked at games that have done this more successfully like a paper mario or a mario and luigi game. As an early access game i expect the beginning of the game to be more polished, so that leads me to believe that rest may very well be a hot mess if this is the best foot forward. Visually I'm happy with the game, I got what I expected. My hope is that because this is early access, more work will be done and the end product will be better and I can then reassess my review.
Wheel of Fate is a wonderful game where you, the Avatar of Fate, fight off enemies that had their mind corrupted by the affliction, a force you are fighting against. This games utilizes an ever adapting AI to change the chances of events happening in accordance to your actions in the game. This aspect, along with the active input in combat, is what made me so excited about this game, and what made me so happy to be able to see the game start as a concept and turn into a playable and still evolving video game. While this game is buggy from time to time, it just released last month into early access, and therefore that can be forgiven. Then there is the fact that the developer is quite active in the community, and is constantly taking in input about how to improve on the game, and what bugs exist. The devs are great and very responsive, no matter the platform you are trying to contact them on. Overall, I have enjoyed every second I have put into this game, from giving input to beta-testing to playing, ever second has been very enjoyable for me.
There are tons of different game mechanics that I absolutely love. The "Twitch to hit" for combat is freaking awesome. I love that. It makes RPG combat not so boring. I'm two hours in, but it's been very entertaining so far. My only gripe is the audio settings. I turn them down and it is still too loud.
Понятно что у ребят не было бюджета, но вторичны и примитивны именно геймплей и игровая задумка
Unplayable buggy mess
