Amazing customer service! I’ve had a few problems with the game, not running properly, and by contacting their customer support they have been amazing and when I say amazing I mean amazing! They ask you questions to try and figure out why the game is not operating properly so that they can go in and fix it. They can actually go into your account. And see what was taken from you by accident and they have been incredible about getting back to me in a timely fashion. As well as compensating me for the issues that I’ve had. Again, and I can’t stress this enough. The customer service is absolutely amazing.

I Hate the new update!!! I hate the new look of this game. it used to be unique had its own style, now it looks like every other game i’ve EVER seen. i have had this game for literal years and this is the worst it’s looked. still love the game tho.

The ads, oh my God, the ads I started this app off on the ad version. It’s such a huge waste of time like that. I decided what the heck I’ll pay for no ads to see how I like it. After about a month, it really felt frivolous to spend five dollars a week to not be held hostage by the ads. I thought, I could just go back and enjoy it without paying so much, right? Wrong. I had forgotten how incredibly bogged down regular gameplay is with ads. Once the little mini game event inside is over this time, I will be deleting this app and I won’t support this developer in the future. It’s so sad that they charge more for a game app than Productivity apps charge. It was fun while it lasted, but I would suggest you spend your money better and more responsibly elsewhere..

Do not play. Not recommend This game is pay to win. It’s also a giant advertisement, unless you want to pay 25 plus dollars a month. The events are poorly balanced and there’s no permanent no ads purchase. Just a rip off of 5.99 a week. Bots are leading every event, and unless you pay for something you will never win. The developers could easily get rid of bots or balance the game. They choose not to for money. They don’t care about a quality game. Just a pay check, and it shows. I test games for a living. This by far has got to be one of the worst I’ve played in terms of cost and ads. I highly recommend not downloading this if you value your time and money.

The new update is SO disappointing Opened my game tonight and got slapped in the face with completely different visuals. It does not look good. At all. I’ve been playing this game on and off for years and have been a continuous VIP member the last year. It has always looked consistent and been an all around great game- I don’t understand the point in these changes. I have never been physically revolted by an app revamp before this. I’m genuinely begging for the old version back because I don’t think I can’t get used to this.

Excellent game! New update made me lose interest. This game used to be my favorite app on my phone. It’s so engaging and relaxing to play. The events every couple of days keep the game interesting. But the new update changed the entire game lay out. It’s a little confusing to play now, and it’s not like the old format which was way more suited for iPhone play. Not sure about the game after this update.

Update New update ruined the fun in the game, you can no longer tap multiple things at once making the game way harder to grind, not a fan of new update

$5 a week to skip ads? Games like this with subs like this just to stop ads are trash. $5-$9 once is more than fair enough to stop ads. Stop being scummy to your player base. Don’t even deserve the single star I’m forced to give just to rate.

New Update I absolutely love this game and I’ve been playing it for years and paying for the VIP subscription but this new update has changed everything. The game is more complicated and messy, there is a lot that was added but it’s too much. I just stopped my subscription because I got overstimulated just trying to play the game I’ve loved for years. It’s a true bummer, this was my favorite game.

Update is awful I have played this game daily for over a year. The recent update has ruined the whole vibe of the game it is no longer enjoyable and ascetically pleasing. Everything was smooth and fit the screen perfect, now the buttons are all square and harsh and the different menus you can’t just look at all the options you have to scroll through to even see all of the different options. Please get rid of the update and go back to the old screen, it was so much better and didn’t need fixing!!!!!!!!
