Been wanting to play Red Alert and I've been getting into Warhammer so this seemed perfect. Early on in the base game it felt great, but each expansion made me like it less. Winter Assault campaign was annoying since it interrupted each level to flip flop between Imperium and Eldar. Dark Crusade and Soulstorm felt worse since they introduce hard building and unit population limits. I really liked the base Dawn of War, but I'm not going to bother completing any of the expansions.

The continuation of WH40k: Dawn of War with a similar continue story line. The capturing of resource points, building gives old school RTS vibes with the WH40k feeling. A few good mods out there to give you lots of replayability. Before the introduction of the Tyranids, so they are missing from the faction roster.
