It's not free, it's a mobile app for all intents and purposes... it has all the bottom-of-the-barrel traits, from the amateur art to the shallow loops found in mobile money pits. We don't know why this didn't make it to the app stores, but it's probably because Apple and Google have actual quality control while Valve just opens the gates. In this "I Can't Believe It's Not A Mobile App" mobile app in exile, this is a paygating simulator more than anything else. Like you need to pay CASH MONEY just to make attempts at some of the puzzles. This is a basic HOG style puzzle game with a few other jigsaw like minigames, but everything is paygated, timegated... every single way you could try to play the game, there's a toxic price tag on it. This is cancer. What "game" there is here is just a shallow screen tapper. The gameplay is incredibly shallow... think of them as the too-bright, thin plastic cabinet dress theme on a poker machine at the casino. The minimal gameplay is just a veneer, a thin skin wrapped around a predatory, mobile-style cash shop. Ignoring the greedy mobile-tier monetization and toxic cash shop... this is just a mobile app masquerading as a PC game (I guess just rejected from the app stores or something). I didn't drop thousands on a high-end gaming rig just to pretend it's an iPhone, and I doubt you did either... this sort of trash has no business worsening your Steam library. This game is ancient, it's over 10 years old... it's heavily dated and isn't going to give you a remotely contemporary gaming experience... another reason for gamers to be hesitant about adding this to their libraries. Let's look at the price and what kind of value this actually offers gamers. As mentioned there's the toxic cash shop... these shouldn't exist in games at all. But it gets worse. You're also expected to pay up $17 USD to unlock content through DLC purchases. The game should not be considered completely unlocked until you empty your wallet for the developer. This is misleading and predatory pricing on a product falsely marketed as "free". This is pure, disgusting mobile app greed, but here on PC. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? I can't recommend this. I didn't have to pay for this, but I still feel ripped off. At the end of the day, my reviews are intended to help gamers find quality and avoid the dregs (with over 140,000 games on Steam... not all of them are masterpieces). If you think my review is wrong, definitely add this to your library, download it and play it... it's surely exactly the kind of game you'll love (but I doubt it will work out that way). Game reviews are for gamers to share their thoughts and help others choose where to spend valuable time. If my review helps you to grab or reject this game, then my job is done.
