Это полноценный "very lagging kindergarten"
А не "very great game" как некоторые пишут. После мучительного шестиминутного подключения следует не менее мучительный пятикадровый геймплей во время которого только и слышны детские возгласы, вы буквально себя ощущаете как в детском саду.
Concept of the game is good but I am literally unable to do anything. - There is a 50/50 chance my entire game breaks when trying to go to a different area. (My game crashed the first time so I spent 30 minutes to get in the tutorial just to afterwards have the game break again) - People appear invisible with a random spam text name. - For some reason my pov and arms got put under my legs causing me to basically have gorilla tag movement but even more scuffed. I am hoping that there are solutions for this because I really want to play this game properly.
Warning: In-Game Cash Shop This game is infested with a toxic mobile app style cash shop. You will be prompted to and expected to give money/credit card details to the developers through this cash shop to buy in-game goods so you can play the game.
"VRLegs" is dead, playerless VR tech demo wrapped around a toxic cash shop. The purpose of this game is to give your money to the developer through the cash shop. There's a side element of "VR parkour", which is extremely badly done and unpleasant to play, but I'd like to believe it was the toxic monetization that deterred players. The graphics aren't great. That's understandably a turn off for a lot of gamers, and it's a big contributor to the failure of the game to attract gamers despite having no up-front cost. Gaming is a primarily visual medium, and if developers want to succeed, they must understand that it's not an area for compromise. You deserve better than compromises. It's VR exclusive, and that shows the developer failed to understand the most basic axiom of VR game design... if the only cool thing about your product is VR support, your product is not cool. You're forced to sign a highly questionable yet legally unenforceable End User License Agreement... for such a relatively low effort, low quality product, this comes across more as a delusion of grandeur than anything else. This agreement includes questionable requirements that may attempt to revoke consumer law protections that gamers expect to have, which is also highly problematic. Developers must learn they are here to serve gamers, not control them. I had my cat walk over the keyboard while the EULA was displaying, which fixed that problem for me. As mentioned, this isn't really free as the game is infested with mobile app store like microtransactions. This is a consumer hostile model that we don't need to see on PC. It's deceptively priced to gouge gamers, and that's a reason in itself to avoid this. Despite having no up-front cost, this failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at only 8 concurrent players... this is a dismal public reception. This was so bad they couldn't even give it away. Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it? Not this time. This isn't worth downloading. While this won't cost you any money, you get what you pay for, and sometimes, even when the game is free, it's still not enough.
I honestly think I have the most time in this game on steam, but I probably won't get a trophy. I'm a moderator for this game and there can be tons of toxic people, but it really depends on what map you join or people you talk to. In my last review for this game I mentioned how there are furry skins, and I've had to ban tons of people for harassing people who wear those skins, cause It isn't cool you know.
Seems fun... but completely filled with kids. The movement is fun and this is a really good intro to VR but lacks any kind of substance and well again... its for kids. The comments are kids crying about paid skins for the characters. There are no pay to win mechanics as there really is VERY little to do in the game in the first place. There is nothing to "gain" by buying things. So for a free game it is a solid intro to VR movement.
