Void Pyramid

This game is short and sweet. It's pretty straightforward, but in a good way; all of its mechanics are basic and easy to understand. It's honestly more of a puzzle game than a straight-up RPG. As long as you level Attack and Defense first and foremost, you can get through even brand new areas by killing enemies in about two hits. All you really need to worry about is getting Serum to heal, or else getting super lucky and finding a Shield to block the occasional critical hit. After that it's really more of a puzzle game; find all the treasures in the Void Pyramid, as fast as you can, and go defeat the boss to get your ending. It's quite basic, but it's a free game and I loved the little tidbits of lore sprinkled throughout. It was like a very, very basic version of Caves of Qud, in a way. Plus, it's ENTIRELY FREE, so that's awesome. Check it out if you're into that sort of thing. I'll be looking at the dev's other games next.

good music, writing and nice art style

It's a pretty cool little RPG that plays more like a puzzle adventure with pass/fail stat checks. Great sense of style.

Shouldve written a review for this ages ago, but it kept slipping my mind. Anyway better late than never. I love Void Pyramid. Everything about it! The mythology, the music, the gameplay and especially the graphics. I hope there will be a Void Pyramid 2 one day.

Fun and difficult lol I really liked the mechanics and how you kind of had to do everything a bunch of times before you actually finish it
