Heart wrenching pop up ad An AD popped up that shocked me. Two neglected dogs fighting for their lives and on the brink of death. I was in tears and dropped my phone to the floor. This AD is traumatizing. Shame on the developers that would let an AD with such vile images be seen by any dog lover that plays this game. I can only hope that the dogs in the AD got the help they needed and survived. It’s disgusting to me that you would go to such lengths to show this vile and disturbing AD, just to make a profit by exploiting these poor defenseless animals that need help. This is not the right way to go about reaching out for help that would benefit this cause.

What happened? I have been playing this game for a long time and I love it. Then all of a sudden you have put in these obnoxious ads for weight loss using all the concoctions you can think of. Then the “actors” make their appearance. These are nothing but scams. They last forever and when it’s over you still can’t get out of it. Then you can play a game to win chances to help solve the puzzle. You win and can claim your prize. Guess what! You have to watch another ad! I realize you have to sell ads to pay for the game playing but this is ridiculous. It was never this bad before. Frustrated I just quit and go to another game. Is this the way it’s going to continue? If so guess I will look for other ways to spend my time. Hopefully something can be done so we can continue to love and play this game Thank you!

Buen juego, pero bajar de nivel es muy injusto El juego me gustaba muchísimo, pero el sistema de niveles es muy injusto. Después de dedicarle bastante tiempo, logré llegar a Platino; sin embargo, por no jugar durante un solo día, terminé bajando otra vez hasta Playa. Parece que uno tuviera que dejar de hacer sus labores y responsabilidades para pasar todo el día jugando y no perder el progreso alcanzado. Un juego debería entretener, no castigar a sus jugadores por tomarse un descanso. Esta situación me frustró tanto que decidí borrar el juego. Ojalá cambien ese sistema, porque así están perdiendo jugadores que realmente disfrutaban jugarlo.

Ads Why do I still get ads after I payed it??? Every time I’m out of hints I get ads? Isn’t this included with the payment??? Highly disappointed!
