Bardzo dobra dla osób lubiących zagadki i logiczne myślenie.

Grade eben beendet, Gänsehaut! Wunderbares Spiel, man muss wirklich um die Ecke denken teilweise, aber alle Rätsel sind machbar. Die Erfahrung ist recht kurz, aber trotzdem etwas völlig Neues und wirklich empfehlenswert. Unbedingt alles an "Story" mitnehmen, das schafft die richtige Atmosphäre!

Viewfinder is one of those puzzle games where you solve a problem and immediately think, "Wait... I'm allowed to do that?" The main mechanic is incredibly clever: you take photographs and place them into the world, turning what's inside the picture into a real part of the environment. Suddenly a photo of a staircase can become an actual staircase, and a seemingly impossible gap can be crossed by manipulating perspective. The puzzles constantly play with perception, perspective, and reality. Just when you think you've figured out how the game works, it introduces another mechanic that makes you rethink everything. The art style is beautiful, the environments are relaxing to explore, and the soundtrack fits the atmosphere perfectly. It's challenging without being unnecessarily frustrating. **9/10 — took a picture of the solution and somehow made the solution real.**

If you want a well done chill puzzle game that won't take to long, and reminds you al little of portal. This is your game. The puzzles aren't to hard once you understand the mechanics of the game. Plenty of nice easter eggs to find. The game constanly switches up solution with new and creative ideas. Even the ending though slightly challenging is a culmination of what you have learned. Plenty of accessibility optons if required as well. Thanks team for a geat experience.

A fun, mind-bending perspective puzzle game which, for me, was a decent length for its level of depth. The environments and ambient music are very pleasant, and I love the mixing of different visual filters and scenes. I do think more could have been explored with the puzzles and mechanics to create scenarios with more complexity or interesting combinations. What's there is good, the challenges just feel consistently bite-sized. There is a story in there too, delivered with the old audio log trope. Honestly, I wasn't really taken by the characters and some of the voice acting really grated. I think the intention was the bring the characterisation through the environmental storytelling, but it just didn't click for me. I didn't feel any connection to them outside of the overarching objective. I paid attention and hunted for all the notes, diaries, logs ect, but even then, the emotional payoff didn't make me feel anything poignant. Still, that doesn't detract too much from the game as a whole. It's very unique and I enjoyed my time with it overall.

The puzzles part is great. Viewfinder doesn’t stick with the same mechanic for too long and constantly changes the rules of the game. The mechanics themselves are also quite interesting. At least, I don’t know many games that do anything similar. The puzzles may be a little too easy, although once or twice I had to look up the solution online. The main downside for me is the story, or rather the game’s expectation of how the story is supposed to affect you. In short, you are investigating the work of a group of scientists from the past. They lived in a community where everyone worked on their own research while also helping others with their projects. One scientist was working on a major project, and its result is what you are searching for. Close to the end, you learn that the project ultimately failed. The game acts like you are supposed to be devastated by the news. And I have no idea why I should feel that way. Because of my empathy for the scientist? Scientific work is full of breakthroughs and setbacks. Another failure is not the end of the world. The numerous discoveries the group made along the way would be enough to put their names in the history books and inspire future researchers. Because my quest failed? So what? My life wasn’t on the line. We didn’t fail to prevent a catastrophe. The catastrophe had already happened, and we were researching a potential solution. Anyway, the puzzles are great, and the game has some unique mechanics. Viewfinder is definitely worth a try, even if the story takes on a strange tone near the end that clashes with how I saw the situation.

Rätselspiel mit mehreren innovativen Spielmechaniken. Gerne mehr davon. Die nebensächliche Story ist des Vergessens würdig, aber das macht nichts.

Al principio pensé que simplemente iba a ser un juego bonito con puzzles, pero la mecánica de usar fotos para cambiar el escenario y literalmente transformar el mundo es una locura jajaja. Hay momentos en los que te quedas mirando la pantalla pensando “¿cómo se supone que hago esto?” y cuando finalmente entiendes la solución te sientes un genio 😂 Visualmente también me encanta. Tiene muchísimo estilo y constantemente está jugando con tu perspectiva y con lo que crees que es posible hacer. Si te gustan los puzzles, los juegos originales y esas experiencias que consiguen sorprenderte con una mecánica diferente, lo recomiendo muchísimo. De esos juegos que es mejor jugar sabiendo lo menos posible. beuatiful visuals with good puzzles and a melancholic story. its nice to just sit there and enjoy the view at some spots. #justice4cait we need a new ending for him.
