BEWARE if you ever hit a large payout on the spin wheel in your suite. It's rigged for a non payout if you hit a large win. This happened to me recently and I reported it to support and got a ticket. After getting the run-around for a couple days the verdict I received was this "Unfortunately, we do not see any large spinwheel prize for this account on or around the date time provided." DUH, wasn't that what I reported? They considered the issue resolved?!?!?!?! Really? After I refused to accept that, I let them know it. It was communicated to me that they were still denying my request. My request? what request? oh, the one where I asked them to look into the error! bug! glitch! that request? Maybe they actually found the problem and to avoid making it right, their answer was to call me a liar and close the ticket! That's what it sure sounds like... Anyway if this happens to you don't get caught off guard like I did, take a screenshot. I certainly didn't expect a non-payout so I didn't take one.
