There's only a superficial "game" here. This is your usual Chinese mobile app scam... it appears to be some kind of iso style action MMORPG but it's really incredibly shallow stuff, with very limited gameplay, but there's a reason for that.
It's just a veneer wrapped around a nasty, predatory mobile app cash shop.
The true purpose of this mobile app is to get you to hand your credit card details to the greedy mobile devs so you can buy stuff in the nasty cash shop... it's a mobile app cash harvester, and has no place in your game library.
The developers abandoned this 1 year and 6 months ago. It will never be completed. This unfinished game is just polluting Steam and making it harder for gamers to find genuinely, completely made games.
Despite not being able to finish the game, the developers apparently had all the time in the world to build a working cash shop microtransaction system and financial transaction back end into the game. That shows the developers primary goal was just to set out to gouge cash from Steam gamers just like mobile devs do with mobile peasants.
There's no English translation for the this, but that's okay. The language of bad products is universal.
On pricing and value for gamers, this isn't really free as the game is infested with mobile app store like microtransactions. This is a consumer hostile model that we don't need to see on PC. It's deceptively priced to gouge gamers, and that's a reason in itself to avoid this.
Even though this is "free", it failed to appeal to the 120 million+ gamers on Steam. SteamDB showed the game peaked at just a dozen or so concurrent players (and most of those were fake accounts used to write fake reviews), and now there's basically nobody playing it. Even though it's free. This is a dismal public reception, but it's easy to see why gamers rejected it.

This mobile app features a number of fake positive reviews from accounts known to be in the business of review manipulation/paid reviews. They're all written in Chinese, appear at almost exactly the same time, very shortly after the mobile app launched on Steam, and haven't written reviews for other games. The "Positive" review score on this mobile app should be disregarded due to this blatant, unethical review manipulation. This is done to deceive and scam gamers into paying for a bad product.

Bearing in mind that free games don't add +1 to your game collector count, should you bother adding this to your library and downloading it?
Nope. This isn't worth downloading. While this didn't cost me any money up front, I still feel ripped off. Mobile app scams like this have no place in your Steam library.
