Very fun game but also very grindy at times. Default normal mode and rule set seems to be mostly tweaked towards coop with friends. When playing alone I would recommend changing some of the game rules to yield more loot and bump max stacking. I kinda wish I did that earlier in my playthrough. I also disabled bat form restrictions as this is kinda stupid on single player. It really changed a lot since I first played it in EA in 2023 for an hour and refunded it xD Combat is very fun and satisfying, building with stairs is kinda janky at times but still lets you do highly expressive castles. Overall money well spent and the time. 50h for the first and semi blind playthrough may be a lot for some but I did everything in this game, unlocked nearly all crafting items and buildings, killed all bosses besides brutal mode so it is what it is. People speed run this game in 4 hours, if you know how and where you can cut a lot of corners with progression and I can image right now how I would approach my next playthrough, how I would plan my castle and where I would go first, what mats I would horde, what I would not even bother picking up. Again, very fun game. One other thing, game as of right now is finished by developers. Meaning no major patches are in the works so if you ever heard from anyone that whenever new patch comes out you need to reset your world and start over, don't fret, that won't happen in the near future as developers stated they focusing on a new game in the universe of V Rising. So Perma 1.1 patch with bug fixes and balance tweaks here and there. Balance? For single player game? Yep, this game has PvP and arena play. After all it's from the creators of Battlerite so yeah. I did not do that myself but there is that if you're interested. Fun, would play again, probably with friends this time around and on brutal mode
VRising is a fun combination of Diablo and castle building. Character progression is based on your gear, not experience; you never level up. This forces you to collect resources to continue gear and castle progression. The blood types are fun, there are many different types and various strengths. It would be nice if the developer went farther into the various strengths of each type. Here is how you will spend your time in the game 30% - 'farming' resources 30% - castle building / maintenance | resource shuffing, moving and building objects 20% - traveling the map (hint, right click on the map to get a turn-by-turn optimized route) 10% - recovering your lost stash after dying 10% - boss attempts Some of the downfalls include - Farming can be a pain as you cannot use teleport with many resource types, so you have to dodge attack all the way back to your base. - The game is better with active clans and cooperation. The VRising servers are often small, and players are inconsistent which makes cooperation challenging
好玩,打折入不亏 建议跟朋友玩
