Although this budget game is fine for a few rounds, you'll quickly forget about it because of the repetitive and grindy gameplay. The story barely exists. All you need to know is that the cars have been infected by some sort of virus, and it's up to you to save the city. The city is divided into two parts and is quite small. The first part is the safe location where you may buy cars and cosmetic items. You cannot, however, choose what to purchase. The item is chosen at random from all the options. Because there are no upgrades or stats that would distinguish one car from another, it makes no difference which one you drive. There are more than 40 cars and more than a hundred items categorized under wheels, decals, and drift effects, so there’s a lot of choice. And the other part of the city is where you destroy enemies. You won't have to waste time hunting for them because a mark over the car indicates their precise location. They won't intentionally try to kill you, but they will collect and use power-ups. After eliminating all enemies, you return to the safe zone and buy new items. Then you back into the fight. Enemies can be destroyed either by crashing into them or by using one of several power-ups hidden in cubes all across the city. You have a pretty basic arsenal at your disposal. There’s a bomb that destroys everything around you and a bullet that can pass through walls. The good news is that you never run out of power-ups because they respawn virtually right after being used. Crashing is not that fun. If you hit the car from the side or the rear, you lose some health but the enemy takes a lot of damage. However, if you collide head-on with the enemy, damage is dealt to both of you equally. Since the car gets damaged with each hit, you’ll have to watch out for pick-ups that patches you up to full health. You quickly come to the conclusion that crashing is simply time-consuming and boring. You only need the bullet, nothing else. All you have to do is get the enemy icon in the screen's center and fire. Even if the enemy is on the opposite side of the city, the bullet will still strike. In addition, the game doesn't introduce any fresh ideas. Every round is played in the same location with the same enemies. There is no change despite the game's attempts to add chapters and story bits provided by generic characters that mention more hostile and numerous adversaries. I didn’t spot any difference. The game uses an excessive grind technique. If you want to get every car, you'll have to endure the only stage multiple times because the car costs 5k and you only get about 2k per round. Graphics are fine, but a lot of it is borrowed from pre-made assets. I’ve seen the same city and same textures in several games. Unfortunately, optimization is not ideal. Slowdowns occur even on the lowest setting, so the three preset choices are meaningless. On top of that, you can't turn off the unappealing white fog that is pouring from beneath your wheels. It is ugly and is most likely the root of poor optimization. And finally, the loading time are too long. You need to wait each time you buy something or switch screen.

This game remind of Twisted Metal. and the gameplay is pretty fun. Can't wait for the upcoming update :)
I love to design a cute car. nice game relax to play them!!
For those who love cute anime girls and driving in metro streets with a combination of Twisted Metal. This game is promising quite a bit, but it still needs more work. It's a power-up based driving game, so don't expect weapons mounted on cars or anything. I know that the game is still in its early stages, but there's a number of issues that need to be fixed and brought to the game: -The collision physics with destructible objects (signs, light poles) stop you dead in your tracks. Aren't cars supposed to like, blow through them and not get hung up on a sign or something? It's kind of the point of driving through objects that are part of the scenery. If you look at games like Burnout Paradise, that game has scenery you can speed into without slowing down. With the exception of street lights because if you drive into them at a slow speed, it actually stops you before it falls down. -While the game looks nice and plastic-y 3D graphics-wise (it reminds me of Hotshot Racing's graphics a little bit), the HUD design seems a little too simplistic. It feels like a combination of a mobile title and a flash/browser game, if I'm being honest. If you wanna make this a good game that isn't centered to be mobile, you'll need to make unique HUD designs instead of going with plain bubbles, symbols, and font. -As much as I love Night Sky, the soundtrack that plays in the game is too little in capacity and variety. As a result, it gets repetitive over time. You hear it and Cyber Race in the same places again and again and again. Please consider more music to the mix, because having only two songs gets boring real quick. Not to mention that the engine sounds for each car need to sound more like actual car engines. -There isn't really much of a variety in the amount of levels. I understand that "Uptown" is the key thing here, but you play in the same exact area over and over again each time you play. How about a bigger part of uptown with many different areas? I mean, the concept is there. It's just the execution that needs more work. Hopefully with more elevated locations and different times of day instead of it being night all the time. -No online support, though I'm not sure if the developers actually will be adding online multiplayer to this game (still waiting for TRAIL OUT's multiplayer feature to this day). Hopefully, because this has potential to be a great multiplayer game, especially for the car combat. And be sure to not let this be abandonware like PocketCars turned out to be. -No controller support. Why. I hate using the keyboard to play, I'm not that great with it. Why do some developers not know how to code support for controllers? I've dealt with this in Gas Guzzlers: Combat Carnage with newer controllers, now with Uptown Outbreak which has no controller support. Please consider adding in controller support, because being a keyboard only game hurts me greatly. In the coming months, hopefully the game will start to see improvements. I really want this to be a decent multiplayer game because it has potential, and the story is just... blegh. Stories in racing games have never been a big point in general, but I'm praying that this game will be decent for the future.
