Undaunted Normandy

The game play is true to the card game as far as rules and feel. I enjoy that I can mouse over cards so that they can tell me what they do, what different parts of the card do. I love that it can be played asnyc. I feel like the interface with the board take a little bit of getting used to as well. This game is worth the $. Please make battle of britain!

My buddy bought me this game so we could play online and we were very disappointed. Multiplayer is terrible and needs a serious overhaul. You have to exit after you move and then your opponent must go into the game and makes theirs. You literally have to leave the game you're playing in order for it to actually progress. Absolutely terrible experience. If multiplayer is fixed so that you can play a game without all that nonsense, I'd consider changing this review because this game could be loads of fun. Fix the multiplayer!

So, I really like this digital Version if Undaunted! Now i can finally play solo against and actual. AI But a there a few things that i dont like that much: The AI, while being pretty good sometimes, can be outplayed quite easily and it seems like it doesn't really use the deckbuilding aspect as much. Like it seems like it draws random cards sometimes, which make no sence in any strategy. But i think it will be better in the future since, the AI learns through machine learning. Another point is the graphics. Sadly when you zoom in, the Models looks kind of unoriginal and somehow low quality. But i dont mind it that much. In the end I really like playing this game and i know the game will improve! Very good game! :)

I love the board game, its unique and clever gameplay (a mix of tactical and deck building) and have the same feeling with the video game. I'm looking forward for expansions and updates. It's worth buying! (J'adore le jeu de plateau, son gameplay malin et unique mêlant tactique et construction de deck et je retrouve les mêmes sensations avec l'adaptation vidéoludique. J'espère aussi pouvoir jouer aux nombreuses extensions. Bref je vraiment pas déçu de mon achat)

Undaunted Normandy is a faithful presentation of the board game, and the AI is workable enough to enjoy playing against it.
