Higher levels force you to buy packs to win Once you get to higher levels, they reduce your number of turns and implement levels with glitches designed to keep you from winning. You have to buy extra moves to keep advancing. The earlier levels are fun. But once you get to the 8000’s, expect to spend money or play the same level over and over with no chance to win. Reached out to tech support on a level that has a glitch (8558) and got no response.

Ads Ads are horrible . They prolong being able to play the game . Too many side quest that pop up and also take away players focus from one game . Frustrating!

Greed ruined the game It was my go to game. It was challenging, but possible and relaxing. Zynga ruined it for a profit. It is no longer possible unless you buy power-ups. A shame because it used to be a great game.

The game developers are cheating the players The game used to be really fun, I’ve played for years. Recently algorithmic changes have been made to manipulate the fairness and challenge of the game. You will frequently reach a level that seems completely impossible. This is clearly by design to get you to pay for upgrades and extra moves. You will feel like you are losing your sanity for a couple of weeks until magically, the level adjusts and is passable. They give you two or three of these, then you’re at an impossible one again for a few more weeks. I was playing this for fun, happy to help the devs get money from ads, play in their competitions. This is no longer fun. Totally rigged game. Deleting.

fun but not overwhelming there's no ai slop, overwhelming colors and shaking icons, the art style is organic and unique. the i spy sections have fun references and easter eggs like adventure time, and they give credit to the artist. there's accessibility settings and it's just all around clear the creators put love and time in to every aspect

Played and beat this 2 times on my third This is just a great game my third run through and my fave mobile games music is phenomenal and artistically it’s fantastic game play is simple but it’s everything else that makes this great

Disappointing, unsupportive customer service, disgrace to (previously) loyal players I’ve played this game for many years and have spent a shameful amount of money on it but hey it’s my go-to mindless game at the end of the day. And despite the annoying and absurd amount of ads I was like whatever. Just click X to get thru. I expect it now. Recently I made a purchase for coins and it was not added to my account. I contacted customer service that had significantly delayed responses. Despite providing a receipt from Apple Pay with a time stamp and twos-dot name, because I didn’t have a “transaction ID number from two dot” they would not support me further. It took them over 2.5 days to respond to my question of where can I find the transaction ID? … but shouldn’t you have that information on YOUR records?! It’s a shame the first time I reach out for support there was delayed responses and hoops to jump through (never did get resolved). Then today I noticed they have changed the coin-amounts for purchases from 10’s to 100’s. So, when extra lives used to cost 9 coins they now cost 800…. Now I have coins that I am unable to use UNLESS I buy more. This is ridiculous. Where was the notification of this? Why didn’t you convert what was in our account to the equivalent of the new measure? What used to be a fun and engaging game has lost my participation. Those making these decisions should be ashamed of how they have f’d over loyal players. What a disgrace.

Too many ads Makes the game unplayable. Used to love the game. Uninstalled it bc there’s an ad after every level. Wish i could give this negative stars.

chill out with the events this game is great and ive been playing it for years, but please, for the love of god, make there be less events, or make them less obtrusive when all im trying to do is click on a level and play it. often it takes a full minute to click through all the exit buttons, plus they make the whole game slow and glitchy, which ruins how beautiful this game truly is visually. otherwise, this game is totally lovely.

Needs an update Have been playing for a long time and it’s a lot of fun, but the game keeps crashing with the latest update. I’m basically stuck on one board.
