Triple Match 3D

New design sucks As of summer 2026, the new design really sucks! All the icons are super puffy, so 3D-inflated that they are completely impossible to identify. Maybe that’s intentional to slow you down, but - lame move. I used to love this game, it was addictive! Now it’s just an exercise in frustration. Would love to see the old design brought back. I don’t play much anymore.

VIP Support Disaster After spending a lot of money on this game, I received an in-game notification that I had been upgraded to a VIP player and to go to support to receive a reward. I clicked on support and saw that it was now a golden bar that said VIP Support. I messaged them several times over the course of a week before finally getting a reply. I was told that I needed to click some link they sent in FB Messenger. I had no message from them and so I informed support and questioned why I needed to click a link on a separate app when I received an in-game invitation. I also said that if they can’t give me the promised reward, please just switch me back to regular support. That was over a week ago and I still have this useless, unresponsive VIP bs support.

Do not download this game! Worst update ever adding ADS after every small game played. You can earn 10 minutes of game play with free lives but the ads take 80% of that time. This used to be a favorite game but is now the worst game on my phone. Waste of time and money.

Used to love it I used to love this game. I don’t like the new update or the new design. It’s much harder to find things. More frustrating less fun

Worse with every update! This used to be my favorite game. It was fun, I gladly paid to remove ads, and the devs seemed to care. Now everything has become too cluttered and it’s very difficult to differentiate between objects. It’s a mess. Once one has reached a certain point it can take days to simply pass a single level, making the team challenges impossible to complete without spending a bunch of money. My previous review raved about how responsive and genuinely helpful the developers were, but they have shifted to the horrible Helpshift ai support platform and they’ve completely stopped responding to support requests. You keep replying to reviews telling users to contact you, but you don’t respond to support requests anymore!

Disappointed about new graphics I used to really love this game. It was my go-to fav but recently they’ve changed the graphics making it unnecessarily hard to play without spending lots of money. I was a top player on a team I love & the last few weeks I haven’t been able to contribute to weekly team heists nearly as much as I used to. Many of us reached out to support and even asked them to make a ‘classic’ game mode but they’ve refused. If the developers don’t care about their player’s feedback, why should we waste our money on their game??

Update ruined this game. I have played this game for years and genuinely enjoyed it. Unfortunately, the recent update with the new 3D design has completely changed the experience—and not for the better. The gameplay now feels overly difficult, to the point that winning boards is frustratingly rare. What used to be a fun, relaxing game has become stressful and far less enjoyable. I know I’m not the only long-time player who feels this way. The classic mode should absolutely remain an option for players who preferred the original gameplay and design. If there are no plans to bring back classic mode, please be transparent about that so loyal players like me can decide whether to continue playing or delete the game altogether. After years of playing, I never thought I would consider uninstalling this app, but in its current state, it is simply no longer enjoyable.

Wish items were larger - need original graphics back In addition to the small graphics referred to later in this review I can’t distinguish the new cartoonish graphics. Return to the originals! (I wrote the following review a while ago and must not have submitted. I am now adding to it.) This game has been fun but I get frustrated on the levels that have lots of small items. I constantly select the wrong item and then the tray fills up. I wish I could zoom the display to make it easier. Also I wish we could use an undo when we hit the last slot on the tray. The ads are annoying but I work around them. Keep improving this game. Unfortunately with the new graphics I have to discontinue this game.

Update I loved this game so much that I paid for no ads. Until last week I would have given it 5 stars, but the update brought new items that have a cartoonish look to them that I do not like. They are hard to identify. Sadly I will be searching for a new triple match with regular looking items. Hey developers- how about providing a choice of cartoonish or regular items for those of us who dont like the update.

Too many changes I have played this game almost since the beginning. You have made so many changes, recently the new graphics. This game is NOT ‘relaxing’ or fun anymore. If it wasn’t for the team I’ve been on for a long time I would delete this game.
