Cost Simply not spending money to play a game. If I get stuck then I just don’t play….i was enjoying it until I needed 10.99 to get the goods to continue. Nah…sorry

Too many updates!!!!! I used to love this game, but its too many updates, and way too many pop ups before even starting the game. The energy isn’t enough to win any of the challenges or even complete orders anymore. The new task to complete 3-5 orders, spend gems and merge 150 items sucks! Thanks to the new required update that I cannot download; because I owe apple a random 99 cents, I can officially delete this.

Love the game, but recent versions cause crashing I’ve been playing this game for several years with no challenges and recently it crashes or freezes since the addition of the dream quest feature. Contacted customer service and they said it was my device, however, my device is shown as being compatible with this game.

impossible to win i downloaded this game to get coins from another app, i enjoy the game overall and i agree with a lot of these other comments. the energy max is 100 and as you progress higher items are demanded and it takes a long wait to get any orders completed. the only isuse i have is i feel as though the side events are impossible to win. there are daily events that have a 2 hour time frame where you need to complete orders to win and you compete against “other players” for rewards. unless these players are pay to win i really do believe they are bots. this recent one i recieved today i actually made it to 2nd place, i was supposed to get a pack, about 200 energy and 60 gems. i didnt recieve any of those and the event disappeared completely without me getting any rewards even though regardless of what i placed i was supposed to receive something. not sure eif its a bug but im sure a lot of your users would appreciate easier tasks or more help when it comes to getting energy and other items.

Why the WitchCraft? Loved this game. Was pretty addicted. Unlocked the “haunted house” and got the voodoo dolls. Yeah that’s an immediate no. Loved the game, legit was on top of it constantly. This made me uninstall right away.

Look I love this game but I can’t even play without all the ad blocking my view, and when I think I’m finally done more pop which take forever to actually to start playing like it’s irritating . Like I get its letting me know what I miss but gawddd damn!!🥲

Game not working I loved this game but for the past few days it won’t load at all. Bugs are bad right now!

Was Fun but… The game was fun but all of the forced mini games are annoying. Players have no way to opt out.

Run out of space I got to level 19 then ran out of space and tried deleting it then redownloading it but it didn’t work
