great murder mystery game killed all of town as "Town famine" and still won Would recomend
Full disclosure: I played the original Town of Salem, so I might be a little biased toward the sequel. That said, even with my love for the first game, I believe Town of Salem 2 offers a fresh and improved experience—especially when the community takes the time to welcome new players. While the mechanics are brilliant, the community culture is currently a barrier to entry. There is a pervasive toxicity where experienced players harass newcomers for not memorizing every role interaction, often labeling honest mistakes as 'throwing.' This creates a hostile environment where new players are driven away before they can learn. For Town of Salem 2 to thrive, the community must shift from policing mistakes to mentoring new players, and the developers need to enforce stricter consequences for harassment but that could be just me (idk)
Less players than TOS 1 You'll get permaban for calling people idiot (They 100% deserved it, ppl here throw twice more than TOS1) Everygame is a fckfest that's going way to fast Still confusing even after hours, even tho I've played TOS1 for 100+ Don't waste your time and go back to TOS1
docial seception jaming
Never before have I felt so utterly useless in a game 10/10
Digital Bandidos has made it very clear: FK the community.
I love this game so much- Murder mystery games have always been such a fun genre for me to play. I definitely wouldn't start without doing prior research first though. I tried to get one of my friends into it but they didnt know how it worked, so the other players thought they were griefing and reported them. Super fun!! Just not at all beginner friendly.
