I think this game is a virus don't get it.
It quite possibly changed my life. I feel as though all 23 years I've been alive have been leading up to the moment where I could claim my throne of porcelain, all so that these golden rolls of ivory butt-wipery could fuel my legacy. This game isn't just a game. It's a lifestyle that EVERYONE should aspire to achieve. The toilet paper may have been what was unleashed, but I think after holding back for all my life, I take my seat again, ready to unleash the brown legacy beneath my bowels.
Toilet Paper Unleashed is a Digital Homicide style asset flip, or what Valve calls a "Fake Game". The "developer" paid for/pirated a few Unity asset store packs, dumped them all in a blender, and submitted it to Valve as if they're real game developers.
Two notable criteria for what makes an asset flip instead of legitimate use of stock assets are whether those assets comprise the majority of the game, and whether the "developer" properly credited the people who created most of the assets in the game. This game fails both of those tests. The "developers" here didn't credit any of the artists and real, actual game developers who created the assets here, so this is plagiarism, as well as cash grab shovelware. In this case, the asset flipper took a warehouse and a parking lot asset and wrangled them lazily into a basic first person scavenger hunt where you collect rolls of toilet paper. It has no value or merit as a real game. There's only the two assets which make up two different levels, and there's only 8 objects to collect on each one... this is a 5 minute game at best. You can see why Valve calls asset flips "fake games". It's hard to understand why this even exists on Steam. It's a joke game made insincerely in case it "goes viral" because it's "so bad it's good". This kind of thing is neither funny nor helpful in terms of what's good for indie game devs and the gaming industry. Let alone gamers. Taking this shovelware seriously as if it was a genuine attempt to make a game, it doesn't meet basic minimum requirements that most PC gamers expect as standard. There's no option to change the resolution and no useful graphics tweaks. There's no way to ensure this is running at the native resolution of your display. There's no guarantee this game will look right on any PC as a result of this hamfisted design decision. Bewilderingly, the game doesn't include proper audio controls, so you can't turn off the annoying sound/background music, you'll need to alt+tab out and stop it using the Windows sound mixer. This is obviously not okay and it's unclear why the developers chose not to include this basic feature. The controls can't be customised, which will be an annoyance for many, but it can also render the game unplayable for differently-abled gamers, left handed gamers or gamers using AZERTY or other international keyboard layouts. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. The poor quality of this game is reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 3 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 100,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected. This kind of asset flipping isn't harmless, even as a joke. It makes it harder for gamers to find genuinely made games from ethical developers. It makes it harder for genuine indie developers, who put hard work into trying to make real games, to find an audience for their products. It gives indie developers a bad name. So, should you buy this game? Is this one of the best of the 100,000+ games on Steam? Toilet Paper Unleashed is relatively cheap at $1 USD, but it's not worth it. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend. Remember that if you buy a game from an unethical developer, you're putting your money at risk. Note: Because this is more of a "joke" game, intended to draw attention from controversy or in the hopes of going viral because it's "so bad it's good" (but it isn't good at all), there's nothing here to offer to serious gamers. As usual, with most awful/joke games, all the comedians come out of the woodwork. The vast majority of the reviews for this game are joke reviews, such as "this game cured my cancer, saved my marriage, changed my life" etc. Because most of the reviews are as insincere as the game itself is, and if you removed the fake/joke reviews the game would have a markedly different review score, the positive review score for this game should be disregarded.
Profile Features Limited! Valve have marked this game as "Profile Features Limited" at the time of this review. This is usually caused by poor sales figures and low community acceptance for the game (to date). Until this status changes, this game will not give you +1 to your Game Collector badge count, appear in profile achievements or any other Steam meta-accomplishments, nor can it be displayed in some profile showcases. If these factors are important to you, it may be worth holding off before buying this game.
9.5/10, cured depression, great story, a little hard to learn mechanics but its worth it. At the supermarket, there is a section that looks a little impossible, but you just need to use the double jump mechanic. The game has great potential but needs to be updated to keep the fandom alive.
Toilet Paper Unleashed

It would be greatly appreciated if you would rate this review with a prize, although it is not necessary. The links: My Mentor Page My Group Page
This one has two maps, Parking Lot and Warehouse. In each map we have to grab "8 toilet papers" which we will have to get by dodging shopping carts, but what happens is that in the Warehouse map there are actually 9 toilet papers, only one is not counted and is ignored by the system of 1/8. Toilet Paper can be finished in 8 minutes or even less, since the only thing that makes it take longer is that there is no way to know the locations of the toilet papers, there is no indicator to know their location and we can only find them by looking for them . A big problem is that you can get lost looking for them as some are a bit hidden and this is mainly evidenced on the Parking Lot map. In the game there are many texture errors, not visual, they are errors such as "ghost" textures, which are invisible walls in the middle of the map, which do not fulfill any function and are not placed to delimit the area, in addition to these there is also a wall that I was able to identify, which is the bathroom wall from the Parking Lot map, this wall can be crossed and it can also vote you off the map, finally there are several more walls that if you stand in the corner and jump you will be able to cross like this leaving the map. The game only has 3 songs, one for the menu, another for the Warehouse and the last one for the Parking Lot, the problem is that in addition to the fact that they can be made repetitive as there is one per map, they do not repeat themselves and after playing one Sometimes everything is silent which becomes very uncomfortable and finally the jumping mechanic is not even necessary in the entire gameplay and in fact it can ruin the difficulty by allowing you to easily jump over obstacles. This game does not have achievements or trading cards, but in the future I may make a guide for each toilet paper in the two maps, I hope you like this review, because I take the time to analyze every detail.
