Do I recommend this game? Yes and no, it's one of those cases where the game is good, there's quality and a great balance between story and rated 18+ moments. The developer had a great idea of letting you choose the main character gender which alters the story (Not so much.), animations and etc. HOWEVER the support and development of this game is just taking forever, this is an Early Access game since 2023 and the there's an update like once a year. I understand that things happen in life, but for a AVN that released 3 years ago it should be completed by now.
Abandoned... don't give this guy any money.
This Game is VERY likely abandoned. Beautiful graphics Good music Engrossing story (some plot holes) Horrific spelling errors The timeline for the release dates assured us that days 1-10 would be finished by early 2024. At the time of this review, we are on day 7, it's mid June of 2025, and there is not a single peep from this developer in months. This had so much potential... but unless the dev manages to miraculously reappear, finish the chapter, and offer a 90% discount on the other two chapters, I'm deleting this game from my library, and writing it off as time/money lost. I'd like my money back (or at least the credit to purchase a different game) since I've not actually received a finished product, bad or good. The die is cast, however, so all that is left is buyer's regret. Pass on this one, unless a miracle happens, or you, too, will be disappointed.
The stuff that is there is good, but........ In general it is quite good graphically, but I noticed the last update had a couple of the scenes you want to see were lacking enough light to make them as enjoyable as they could have been The huge downside here, an early access game that planned on finishing day 10 in early 2024, and yet we near the middle of 2025 and are still stuck at day 7. I presume there will be two sequels to this to bring us up to the 30 days, but I won't recommend this to anyone until the story is finished because we have no idea if it will ever get updated again let alone completed(and at this rate, do you want to wait until 2033 to get the end of the story?)
The game description is straight up lying when it says "Thirty Days is a heavy choice driven Visual Novel". On the contrary, you have forced sex scenes with one (possibly two) of the secondary girls, no matter how much you told them you're not interested. Also, the fact that you can play either as a guy or a girl means development time is almost doubled. No wonder there is so little content after three years (the game came to Steam more than a year after the first Patreon release). The English is very bad, there are grammar mistakes in most of the phrases. But the dialogue would have been good otherwise, surprisingly. I already passed 2 hours of playtime so I cannot refund this. I would have done that even though there are things I like: the main girls and the music. Shame on the dev for lying about the game being "heavy choice driven". Shame on me for not keeping an eye on the 2 hour mark.
Question for the studio who made this game. What is the point of a game with no choice? The first half of the game before the update, there some choices, not many. but after the update i'm clicking constantly with options. My character is a piece of meat being lead around by his possible romantic partnership with. you took something with possibilities and im guessing trying to close it up because you dont want to put any time into the game to give it a plot. I wasted my time waiting for this. I would not recommend this game especially if there is another game you're interested. This game is when you have money to waste, just to see what its about. i give it a 6
This is a fantastic AVN. Awesome visuals and nice and history. Too bad it takes so long between updates.
I have played all three male characters and there is no significant difference in male behavior, between an uncle, family friend or the cousin in the game outcome, up to day ten. The only difference between the male characters that you portray in the game is age an income, rather than life and sexual experience. The game assumes that a male with 32 years of life and sexual experience would react like a 22 old male with limited life and sexual experience. This is one of the downsides to this game. I would like to see more choice based upon characters age differences and sexual experience to corrupt or not to corrupt the girls, which would lead to three different unique game endings, rather than three similar male endings. In the first sexual encounter, as an uncle or a family friend your character would have known that there was a bathroom in the master bedroom. An experience or older male with difference and more life experience, would have reacted differently when finding Alex naked in the bathroom on day one, rather than all male characters having the same game reaction and comment to Alex and Kayla. This is the basic downside of this excellent game. The other downside of this game is the female character development that game developer must take the time to created, which delays and degrades the individual male development of this game. Trying to develop six different game characters is not only extremely difficult, but it is also a very time-consuming undertaking, which is generally measured in years, rather than in months and can also include lost interest in the game, between updates, which can also hurts game development. Overall, the game is very enjoyable to play and I highly recommend that this game is worth buying and adding to a players game library to be repeatedly played, when waiting for game updates or new games to play. Note:: ... After writing this review, I decided play one of the female characters, up to bathroom seen, where Alex is naked. Apparently, there is no, basically game or story difference, between the male and female game characters. Therefore, the visual sex behavior will between females only, rather than male and female. Six similar stories with no real difference outcomes up to day ten, if Alex naked bathroom event is similarly repeated in the female game side up to day 10 or day 30. To me this is a waste of valuable creativity and time in the important part of game development and future updates to the male side of the game.
This game is being developed haphazardly. No update since Nov/24 and just now coming out with what he admitted is a half-hearted effort. One is either a developer or not. And I question this one. My advice is to stay away and don't put hard earned money into this game.
Developer worked on the game again. Moving back the review to positive, as it is indeed progressing again after a long hiatus. Sometimes, life sucks. I'm glad to see it's not abandonware.
