The Witch in the Forest

Cute story but didn't justify being a game enough to be anything more. The only thing that took advantage of the story being a game is the title screen changing after you beat it.

this game... it's absolutely beautiful!!! it's incredibly short, only taking around an hour to complete. i adored the characters and the writing, when i realised i'd completed the game, i got so upset because i want more!!! a huge recommendation from me!

The Witch in the Forest es una VN cinética de 1 hora de romance. La versión actual es una edición remasterizada del original, lanzado para un concurso (YuriNation 2017), con mejores sprites, fondos y un CG. • La ambientación, historia y personajes es bastante reconfortante y simples. Como la VN no busca ser más compleja, no es un problema en sí. • El diseño de los personajes e interfaz no son muy de mi agrado, pero creo que están bien. • La música es CreativeCommons y los background están, no son algo muy destacable y pueden afectar a lo que quiere contar la VN. • De los problemas, la mayoría son técnicos. Hay un problema con la música (entre canciones hay desbalanceo de volumen). También hay problemas de lag, que puede hacer que los efectos de sonido y música se corten en algunas escenas (y revisando otras discusiones, al parecer es un problema común). En resumen, fuera de sus problemas técnicos y algunos aspectos mediocres, es una historia relajante e ideal para pasar este mes de octubre (ya que está ambientada en Halloween).

this is a cute game! I like the artwork style and the story. However, by the halfway point I was kinda dragging myself to go through the rest of the story. at an 1hr I was only halfway through and with no choices to make this felt more like something I would read before bed. I don't dislike it, in fact I've read a few stories with no decisions. But I would say you might not play through this in one go!
