Reviews
This game has a few riddles which require some knowledge of common English phrases, so if English is not your first language you may not get it right the first time (although I guess you can use this opportunity to learn them). The only issue I had were some very minor bugs. Disregarding those, this game is ABSOLUTE CINEMA.
A great story that is best enjoyed without any previous knowledge
LOVED this so much!! From the music to the art and notes-in-book parts, everything just made this such a perfect story experience. Noticing the subtle (and not so subtle) changes as I played through was the cherry on top! There are no wolves in Australia!

The Thief, the Witch, the Toad, and the Mushroom was well-worth my time. It's a lovingly written visual novel that really captures the spirit of fairy tales. You will definitely want to explore all of the endings.
Fantastic game, really enjoy twisty novel games
Really fun and inventive. If you enjoy fairy tales and choose your own adventure sort of things, you'll love this.
Bittersweet, and both in perfect measure.
It seems to be too short by design.
I'm glad my 1st guess was right. My 2nd was going to be my own name
I played this game for 2.7 hours and it was absolute cinema. I felt like I should have paid for it. I love VNs with lots of choices and a good mystery, but this one would not let you go back so it really played with my emotions to get only one ending. It really is such an experience and would recommend it to anyone.
The House provides.
