一定要加dlc，无敌好玩，mod也是，但是能不能别老更新了，每次更新都浪费我的时间整理我的mod

It's quite a neat game to play from time to time but it's quite a mess. Things don't work like they should, for instance the wish to talk to a specific sim isn't satisfied by calling them, the wish to go jogging isn't satisfied by going on the treadmill and so on. The later added "fears" are very specific and if you miss the interaction window - in my case it was a fire that I should've put out with sim 1 but I did it with sim 2 - you are stuck with that fear until the next event, which in my case may not even happen again. The game is also quite buggy (unmodded, no DLC), the sims constantly get stuck on a task and you have to reset them via the console. I've had that happen to an NPC sim once as well, when he was still talking to my sim while my sim was sleeping. I've also had to reset him for him to realise that it's time to go home. Considering that this is a 9 years old game and I've had all that in less than 30 hours, it's inacceptable. Lord only knows how this game runs with tons of mods and addons. Despite that, I can't not recommend it, as it's free and you can have some fun with it. Just make sure to remember the command line combination (ctrl+shift+c) and "resetsim [first name] [last name]", that way you at least get rid of the more infuriating bugs.
