Ea is scummy and bummy and their dookie app doesnt work on linux my life is a hellhole why am i even trying so hard for such a buggy and (if you actually want all the content) expensive game

I have spent more time troubleshooting this game than I have spent playing it. [h3] [i] FLY, you fools! [/i] [/h3] [spoiler] I have struggled with this game on multiple devices, but my current and previous computer should both be more than enough to run this game anyway. At this point I even get [b] immediately stuck in infinite loading screens starting brand new saves on completely fresh game installs that are mod-free vanilla [/b]. The game data has been piling up into a ridiculous mess for far too long, repeatedly bloated by patching in new content for them to try to sell you without fixing the previous content. If you look at their News feed, you'll repeatedly see the "Laundry Lists" they release of bug fixes, but they repeatedly release new content patches to sell you that unravel the data faster than they can untangle the piling problems. There's no telling what kind of data conflict you will run into now. I finally deleted everything I have ever worked on to stop myself from trying to come back again. There is no cloud backup for your save data. Even my attempts to start completely over from scratch have fallen apart. Any effort you put into this game will betray you sooner or later. Do not take one more step towards EA without funeral plans for your own sanity. Go invest your time and money in someone worth your respect. [/spoiler]

Really hate that you need to buy everything now. This game reeks of money grabbing and not giving a hoot about what their players want. I miss the old Sims days. .5/10

I've been a long time Sims franchise player, with easily over a few thousand hours across all platforms and most entries, and can confidently without a doubt say this is not only the weakest entry of the franchise, but also completely killed any interest or hope I have for the future of this franchise (aside from the fact EA sold out to a Saudi company). This game was a step down from the Sims 3 in many regards, but the fact it totals you nearly 2 THOUSAND dollars to own the complete game is insanity. Do yourself a favor and go play the Sims 3 or any other Sims game for that matter.

Greedy company + EA sucks + play paralives instead of this + EA why do you need admin rights to let me play? you took away the 10 DLCs i've bought just because i didn't use your stupid app for a year i dont trust you + just go play paralives bro or even tomodachi life, stardew valley, inzoi...
