I Gotta issue Hello, I purchased the Boar Hat Total Subscription (Premium), which includes all three subscriptions: Hawk Pass, Meliodas Pass, and Elizabeth Pass. Apple successfully charged me for the purchase, and my subscription is still active. However, after the new Hawk Pass season started, the Hawk Pass remains locked, and I cannot claim any of the premium rewards. The Meliodas and Elizabeth subscriptions appear to be active, but the Hawk Pass is not recognizing my Total Subscription. I have already restarted the game, but the problem is still there. I have attached screenshots showing my active subscription and the locked Hawk Pass. I did try to contacting the support team but I couldn’t reach them so I can here. Could you please check my account and restore the Hawk Pass benefits included with my Boar Hat Total Subscription? Thank you for your assistance. Edit: Hello, I am having another issue with my account. I received an email from you regarding my support request, but I cannot access the correct account on the Netmarble support website. My game account is linked to both my Facebook account and my Apple ID. However, when I sign in with either of them on the support website, it logs me into a completely different account instead of the one that is linked to my Seven Deadly Sins: Grand Cross game. Because of this, I cannot view your reply, continue my support ticket, or submit a new request from the correct account. I have already purchased the Premium Hawk Pass subscription (the one that includes all three passes), and I still need help with that issue, but I cannot communicate through the correct support account. Could you please help me access the correct account or transfer my support request so I can continue the conversation? I need help, otherwise, I will never buy Anything of This Game, probably Never Play it Again.

Just want your team to improve I really like this game start playing since open until now I just want you to minimize your file I really curious how this game has bigger size every time update sometimes I delete and install again it even bigger than before pls take it more seriously

Same Problems 7 Years Later They have made many steps forward to reduce the amount of NK labor camp grind, but took many steps back by maintaining and adding an insane amount of grind in other areas. This is supposed to be a mobile game innit? The kind we should be able to play on the subway to work and back. Great game The game is fun the characters are customizable and I like the choices and it rewards grinding but they devs never skip the chance to give away free hero’s which is nice so I highly recommend this game it’s enjoyable and great looking

Not for F2P This game isn’t free to play friendly at all. And please fix the labyrinth its sssooooo bad.
