Why…… So I’ve been playing for a long time I got a new phone around may.With the new phone I had to make a new account during this process I played for weeks straight after a certain amount of time I had to quit for a week or 2 because of work and school.Now when I’m trying to once again play I’m unable to due to abnormal behavior which I did nothing wrong in the slightest but have more of a busy life I sent in a customer service and nothing please fix this I want to play the new event I don’t understand why would you guys do this.It makes no sense what so ever!

Loading issues Good Afternoon this seems to be the only way to reach anybody. Some of us are having an issue where the game loads and tells us we don’t have enough space what do we do ?

opening The game drains my gems to the max. I keep buying a monthly subscription, but it doesn't help me progress. When I opened the collaboration, I didn't get a single character for 900 gems. It's a really bad game. I won't donate, I'm deleting the game. Thanks to the developer.

Tela de carregamento infinita Já estava jogando o jogo por um tempo, daí depois de ter saído de uma partida pvp, do nada o jogo bugou! Toda vez que tento entrar no jogo fica na tela de carregamento por varios minutos e não entra. Já desinstalei o jogo, já olhei a conexão (wifi e dados moveis) e já tentei baixar VPN pra tentar algo. Nada disso funcionou, alguem poderia me ajudar? Como não consigo acessar o jogo, automaticamente n consigo pegar meu ID pra acessar o forum do jogo e comentar sobre…

Help I had to wait 30 minutes for it to download and then another 15 going through the tutorial to find out that I can’t access my old account so if you delete your account, you can’t get it back?

FIX THIS!!! I have been playing this game on and off for years and the one complaint I have has never been fixed. The SP AD Dungeon wheel is always broken! I can do 30 auto runs or no auto runs and run it once. The results are the same. I click the play button and it says Preparing the Ads! So I wait for a while, sometimes 10 minutes and try again to it not working. Either take it out of the dam game or fix it!

Worst piece of trash to ever make it to 2026 This game just keeps getting worse and worse and the devs just need to eos at this point
