The Mythical City 2

The Mythical City 2 is yet another construction kit template copy+paste from serial shovelware pushers, Gamesforgames/Atomic Fabrik. Trying to get paid for someone else's game templates, assets... at best, this is shovelware, at worst, it's a scam/cash grab. This is an asset flip of a very basic tower defense asset pack from GameMaker Studio. It has no value as a PC game... it's not genuinely or sincerely made. Gamesforgames/Atomic Fabrik have shown a repeat pattern of unethically dumping other people's work onto Steam as a cheap, nasty cash grab, through this account or through closely linked/alt accounts. These technical defects push this game below acceptable standards for any modern PC game. The Mythical City 2 didn't appeal much to the people who own a copy of the game, either. It has achievements, and they show us a very clear picture that the game didn't really capture any interest from gamers. The most commonly and easily attained achievement is "LEVEL 2", for getting to the second level, trivial to get, but less than 28 percent of players bothered to get that far before uninstalling the game. Hardly a success story, even the people who own this game weren't interested in it. The poor quality of this game is also reflected by how many people spent time with it. At the time of this review, SteamDB shows the all-time peak player number was only 3 players. This is a remarkably low number, and now, the only player activity occurs once or twice a month, presumably someone loading it up to see what it is then quickly uninstalling it. Considering there's over 120 million gamers on Steam and well over 100,000 games for gamers to choose from, the overwhelming lack of interest in this low quality game is to be expected. The Mythical City 2 has the ridiculous price of $20 USD, for which you could easily get any number of older AAA games. Given the defects and quality issues with the game, coupled with the unrealistic price, and the questionable ethical nature of the developer and/or their associates (as outlined above), this is impossible to recommend. Довольно сложная защита замка, но при этом весьма увлекательная и вполне проходимая, если привыкнуть. На нас идут орды врагов с разных направлений, что отмечены дорогой, но топают они не только по дорожкам, а где придётся. Задачка сложная! А в дальнейшем усложняется, ибо дорог у замков не будет. Однако, у нас золотишко, на которое мы можем построить башенки и прочие строения перед одной из волн уровня (на следующих уровнях список возможностей расширяется), а впоследствии выстроить и ещё. Главное при этом тратить всё перед волной, ибо, если склады с золотом будут полны, то нам некуда будет собирать новое, а значит будут потери. Стоит обратить внимание на шипы и поставить их с умом, ибо уничтожить их вражина не может, а урон-то наносить шипы продолжают. Кроме этого у нас имеется магическая энергия, которую мы можем тратить в процессе волны и призывать различные войска (на следующих уровнях список возможностей расширяется). Накапливать энергию и не тратить не лучший выбор, ибо больше лимита не накопится, а новая прирастать не будет, то есть как и в случае с золотом. Кстати, есть одна хитрость: После того как мы выстроили строения мы можем выбрать что-то для строительства, например, шипы, а после начать волну и на вновь заработанное мы сможем построить ещё выбранное строение, что в конечном итоге поможет собрать больше золота к концу волны и мы увеличим шансы на прохождение, благодаря этим строениям. Да, вскоре нам придётся от этого отказаться, дабы нанимать войска и продолжить накопление магической энергии, но хитрость чрезвычайно полезная! В общем, защитим замки! А я уже… Заодно и достижения все выполнил!

One of the sweetest manifestations of evil I've ever seen

Unfortunately it's even worse than the first one in the series which I truly did not think possible. Repetitive and monotonous game play. Each level a chore to get through. No creativity in unit composition or towers you use. All achievements are just like the first game "beat even numbered levels" which is just...empty feeling here. Also at 20$ for a standard price I am fully under the impression that this is a scam game. On sale for 2$ is when I got it and still not worth that to be perfectly honest.

You use gold to build buildings/traps between waves and spend mana to create soldiers/spells during battle. The most effective thing is to install thorns and summon lizards (they cost little and cause great damage to enemies). + Cute units. + Casual gameplay. + Simple mouse control. + 10 levels. + Achievements. - There is no button to increase battle speed.

Простая и одновременно сложная, расставлять башни лучше с умом, или зафейлите в начале, с каждым уровнем, появляются новые противники, башни и отряды которые ты вызываешь, где то можно почилить а где то попотеть

Отвратительно! Можно начать с того, что нельзя отключить звуковые эффекты. (ползунок на 0, а звук есть) - Душно и медленно (ускорение не завезли) - Анимации нет - Нельзя выйти из игры и продолжить с того месте откуда закончил - Тактика или какая-нибудь стратегия отсутствует - Нет апгрейда главного здания - Нет апгрейда башень - Нет апгрейда человечков - Человечками управлять нельзя (сильно тупят) Есть ЦЕЛАЯ ОДНА магия Оформление ужасное НЕ БРАТЬ даже с огромной скидкой!
