Kısacık olmasına rağmen anlatmak istediği şeyi güzel aktaran bir oyun olmuş. Tarih öncesi bir mağara resminden ilham alınması ve oyunun görsel tarzının tamamen mağara çizimleri gibi hazırlanması bayağı hoş durmuş. Oynanış çok karmaşık değil, zaten oyun da daha çok kısa bir hikâye anlatmaya odaklanmış. Kayıp yavrusunu arayan bir mamutu oynarken hikâye ilerledikçe beklediğimden daha hüzünlü bir hale geldi. Özellikle son kısmı düşündüğümden daha etkileyiciydi. Müzikler ve anlatıcı da oyunun havasını güzel tamamlamış. Yaklaşık 5 dakikalık kısa bir deneyim ama buna rağmen boş hissettirmiyor. Kısa hikâye odaklı oyunları sevenlerin kesinlikle şans vermesi gereken oyunlardan biri bence.

Most will never read this, but I will review the games I find simply and thoroughly. 1 What is "The Mammoth: A Cave Painting?” A short 2D indie game in the style of a cave painting that tells the story of the mammoths. 2 What does this game play like? A very short 2D game with simplistic controls. Simple rankings Story 8.5/10: The story is short and to the point. The story will remind you of the animated movie “Ice Age,” but this little indie game showcases the vicious reality of the relationship between early humans and animals. Game play 7.5/10: Again, short and to the point. This game is nothing special, but the music and artwork is amazing for what this game wants to be I.E the story of mammoths from the perspective of a cave painting. Overall 8/10: This game is free and will take a maximum of ten minutes of your time. “The Mammoth: A Cave Painting” is a solid indie game.
