지루하고 재미없습니다 지도부터 그냥 모든 게 답답한 게임이고 모드 설치 안 하면 고구마 천개 먹은 것보다 더 답답해요 그렇다고 설명이 친절한 것도 아니고 최신 모드 설치하려면 레딧 가서 정보 구해와야 겨우 설치하고요 유튜브 보고 재밌어 보인다고 생각하신 분들은 영상만 보시고요 직접 게임 플레이하시는 거는 비추천합니다 인게임 내에서 딱히 즐길것도 없고 힐링도 못합니다

Honestly I'm not sure what everyone's big deal is about this game being ass. The art and design department must have worked overtime to make this look as good as it does, especially for 2018. The survival mechanics are wonderful, even if surviving itself is stressful. I love the possibilities of all the illnesses and maladies you can contract, and how chaotic survival runs can be. That being said, I'm absolutely shocked at how few people actually played through the episodic storyline. I mean... 1.6% actually finished episode 5??? Couldn't be me. I was *utterly* glued to it, especially the first two episodes. It offers a really great tutorial, on top of a deeper sense of emotion you feel for the characters beyond purely the isolation of playing survival mode. I adore how they wrote Grey Mother, in particular. The levity felt very realistic in the first two episodes. The following three episodes are okay, I like how they actually explained why/what was happening. Overall, it's an interesting piece of fictional media that reminded me to touch grass, which is a rare feat for a game to inspire in me. If I were to describe it to a person who has never played The Long Dark before, I'd say it's like a mixture of Red Dead Redemption 2, The Forest, and *maybe* Alan Wake. Either way, it's a good game with great mechanics, voice actors, music, art design, and story. This has got to be one of my new favorite games. 11/10. I hope to be able to get good enough so I can stop being pummeled to death by those damn moose if don't starve to death first. :')
