Survival good. Wintermute bad. Can't believe it took 10 years for this... What a waste of time.

Soo i played the wintermute, i am at the EP5, and i am furious about few things, First of all EP4 was HUGE L, why? Not much to discover like in EP3 and older ones, only key building are there. Second thing is, spoiler alert, by the end of the EP4 i have gun and a rifle, and more than 40 bullets combined, why is there no option to just kill them??? OR give us 2 options: shootout or piece of s option that u gave us. BIG L DEV, BIG L.... Now comes the EP5, i just started the EP5 and i noticed that i lost everything that i had in EP3, where i played as her....WHAT THE ACTUAL F DEVS? I spend hours of collecting ammo, gear, food, etc... and after all that we get what? EMPTY INVERTORY, THAT'S WHAT WE GET! So i will just do the main quest, get only things that i need at the moment, and ignore ALL THE SIDE THINGS that you put in the game, and all because of not respecting our effort. Big L for not transferring gear from one to the other ep, there are older, much older games that had that mechanic and i loved it. Big L for brutality of the game, for the unskippable brutal bear attack, where u can watch from pov, how bear kills u and peel off your skin, but on the other side, u can't kill prisoners in EP4 and make ending much more easier.

очень душно моментами, особенно где надо пройти от точки A до точки B и так несколько раз, но атмосфера дает о себе знать, если бы не отец который прошел игру несколько раз до выхода 5 главы я бы в нее не поиграл, ну так в целом это хорошая игра, но надо готовиться к тому что надо много жать кнопку W и редко натыкаться на волков, играл не на самой легкой сложности но все равно лута было слишком много

realistic survival game where interiors and windows after dark are pitch black, even during dusk and dawn, and even when you can clearly see fine outside. i dont want to use a ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ lantern in my house to find my way out when the sun is clearly rising outside once i exit, interloper is just annoying because everything is SO ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ DARK!!!! and you dont have ANY MATCHES

The Long Dark to jeden z najbardziej klimatycznych survivalów, w jakie można zagrać. Nie potrzeba zombie ani potworów – największym przeciwnikiem jest tutaj natura, mróz, głód i własne błędy. Eksplorowanie kanadyjskiej dziczy, szukanie schronienia i zapasów oraz planowanie każdej kolejnej wyprawy daje ogromną satysfakcję. Świetna, minimalistyczna oprawa i wszechobecna cisza dodatkowo budują poczucie samotności i walki o przetrwanie. Spokojny, wymagający i niesamowicie klimatyczny survival. Gra ma swój niepowtarzalny charakter i zdecydowanie warto dać jej szansę. Polecam.

A survival game that I keep coming back to! Story mode is good for beginners and the story itself, although currently unfinished, keeps you hooked. Survival mode can be slow and challenging at first, but once you find your groove it's one of the best survival games out there, imo. It takes a lot of time and effort to craft the things you want to craft, do the things that you want to do, and survive. There are lots of different elements at play, interesting and unique game mechanics, and lots to keep track of. You truly feel alone in a vast, sometimes desolate winterscape, with only yourself, your supplies, and your skills to rely on. 10/10.
