A weird game about being stuck in a strange world with a cat. The ASCII style is great and different. Got me thinking about Platon's shadow world. There's some really difficult parts that can be infuriating. I couldn't take it anymore. That annyong thing won over me. I think I was close to the end though in some ways. I completed 12 levels and were on the arcade one that is mentioned in the description. This is gonna sound insane if you've seen the screenshots, but I really wanted a FOV slider. Even though you are seeng the world in this crazy way you need a bigger FOV. It made me a bit nauseous at times and there's one plattformning part that I got stuck on just because I couldn't get a feel for where my feet were in relationship with the ground. But I recommend playing it. It's free, unique and not that long
deserves more attention.

Very cool artstyle, interesting world, confusing but intriguing story. Definitely worth a play.
Before I played The Cat and the Box, I had a small pp, no friends, no gf, depression, and no life. These things havent changed, but the game is pretty good
