The Bazaar

This game having a "mixed" recent rating is criminal. I'm assuming older players that didn't like the pricing changes based on what I've read. As someone coming into the steam version, the pricing seems very reasonable. Game is wonderfully designed and extremely original. Every run feels different and having a crappy run turn around after a good find feels great. Art and aesthetic is fantastic. Very polished, very satisfying.

This game is hard. The other players are really good and it's all RNG. Nothing is guaranteed. But it's the best Autobattler ever by far. Presentation, lore and theming is S-tier. The hundreds of items and skills can combine in infinite ways to make wacky builds and I never tire of trying to assemble new ways to prevail. The dopamine hits hard when the game gives you that item, skill or enchant that ties everything together. The excitement of getting some off-class items that can synergize in unforeseen ways with your stuff, and you start thinking of new combos. I always come back. The meta keeps shifting as new items enter the Bazaar and the devs keep tweaking items in minor or major ways.
