Great Game and a big Update from the original (Horizon Source game) i have had a blast in it Does it need some work -Yes does it play smoothly - Yes is there things i would change - Yes Pros - Nice UI , Awesome flight Mechanics , Great map , Nice Visuals , Easy Controls , Cons - Ai seems to spawn in now around your point and in previous game ( Horizon Source ) they were always on map just like a normal player would be ( this may be put in place to eleviate lag but i think there are better options then this. Also Sometimes the Ai get stuck on walls outside buildings because they arte tracking you thru the walls and are outside at your location. This should be changed to Ai do not track thru solid objects imo. What i would change: 1. I myself would love to see the Duos and quads open emediately cause they were open in Horizon Source so the Code is there just not set in place or opened yet ( friends will deff want to team up. 2. I would enable the drop crates again as they were in the previous build ie: ( Horizon Source ) Nothing better to draw in players to fight then with a drop crate ... : ) 3. I would add a little bullet drop over distance because as it is right now if you can see the player you can aim on him and hit him from any distance. 4. I would also lower the amount of dropships teleporting in during the matches this might eleviate the lag some have said is hurting there experience ( I have not had and lag issues yet ) i7 , 16GB ram , 8700K , GTX 1070 , Good internet connection. Finally i would give the player a bit of a Bonus after a win other than just a text screen maybe a bells and whistle kinda screen that celebrates there win and maybe splashscreen there unlucks from that match on the creen. As well maybe unlocks cosmetics with a win. All in all i have had a blast with the game if people arew going to get involved we really need to open this up so that its a fleshed out BR experience that people enjoy. I think all the basics are there and working well. I have recently seen that the game will stop being sold and go with a F2P concept i like this aspect this to me shows the developers are openly trying to attract a player base and not just counting money in the background so GG on them. I look forward to Updates coming in quickly to cover the Ai aspects and hope you all will at least try this great game before placing judgement on it. I am not affiliated with Melee or the studio and i recieved copies for myself and a giveaway from the Studio to help get the gameplay and name out there. But i am not here to shill there game i would have payed for it if i didnt get my key because i had so much fun in the first iteration of the game ( Horizon Source) TY and have a great time in the game everyone DgtlOne www.twitch.yv/DgtlOne Peace D1 PS: Before people leave bad comments on the game Give it a chance all too much nowadays people just hop on the hate wagon because others have and thats not fair to the Developers or to people looking to play new EA titles. Just look what bad press did to WW3 ....OK end of my Rant Have fun and see ya's in game

The game is fun but for right now it took me 20 min to get into my first game and I only found one real person out of the 10 people I killed. The game is unique and worth giving a chance but some of the translation into English is bad but you know what it is supposed to be. All and all though i had fun what time i did play and i think if you give it a try you will like it too. I do not know if it will be able to get to a constant player base with the other popular BR out there. You also never know maybe the right person will play this and it will blow up so why not be some of first to try it and get good before anyone else can.
servers shutdown goes brrrrrrr Funny how i read an announcement of shutting down EU & NA servers yet i still couldn't login via Asian servers.
Is this game still a live? I can't seem to get on, from any server. Authentication error no matter which server I try to start a game on. I've never played the game, never made it past the loading screen where you select a server.

I was surprised how much I liked Ark of Horizon when I first played it. Battle-royale with jetpacks? Sold! It's gone through some changes in the short time it's been released, but the core of the game is still very intact and enjoyable. Pros

The jetpack feels satisfying to control, and give you a lot of mobility across the map
Guns are balanced, each with it's own strengths/weakness
The game runs pretty well. I'm able to stream it at 1080p quality at 60fps on a Geforce 1050
The devs listen to the community, and make frequent updates to improve their game
Cons

Almost non-existent player-base. Much like Creative Destruction, the devs fill empty servers with bots. This means you are likely never to run into a real player.
The map is pretty bare. It's mostly just rolling hills and scattered 2-story buildings. It would be cool if there were maybe tall buildings/skyscrapers that players could fly through, with walkways and cover for players to hide behind.
The end-game can get repetitive; players escape the rising water by flying up to 1 of 5 different arks (flying aircraft carriers), and basically the game becomes hide-and-seek until one player shoots a barrage of missiles at the other.
Items are hard to pick up because they frequently spawn inside each other and overlap, making managing your inventory harder than it needs to be.
Latency. My ping is usually around 140ms (NA server, East Coast). This means I have to aim far in advance of where a player is moving if I want my bullets to hit them. It's not a huge issue, because I'm used to it at this point. However, I've heard people on the West Coast have a much more reasonable ping, around 30ms.
Game modes are lacking. Since the game came out, there have only been two modes, solo and duos. When one mode is active, the other is deactivated. It's a little annoying, and makes it hard to recommend to friends.
Although, I have more negative things to say about the game than I do positive things, that doesn't mean I don't recommend it. On the contrary, I feel this game has huge potential, and I play it almost daily. If you're tired of battle-royale games that rely on building forts, or you're sick of running from shrinking circles of death, you really should give this game a try. I'm really excited to see what the devs do with this game, and I can't wait to play it with my friends. Battle royale where everyone is Iron Man. I'm not even joking just look at the character designs. There is this "engine" which is a glowing blue rock in the center of your suit. I want to give this game a recommendation but this feels like a cheap cash grab because they pulled the plug in less than 6 months. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2474942249
Can anyone tell me why I cant play this game on steam it wont let me every time i try to choose a server it always tells me the same thing to check my connection but my internet is fine.
I am not being able to play this game, not a single server works! Once again, I am disappointed to fail my own expectations of playing this beautiful trailer game.
