The Ark Adult Game

I didn't want to write a negative review but sadly this game deserves one. I know it was primarily designed and written by one person, but before this game was released it desperately needed some really good testing. "Save" is totally hit or miss, and most of the time it's a miss. Also, it looks like the built in Save is not working. If you equip a gun (or anything else), when you are in the game and need to use again, you have to go back and release, then re-equip. You cannot change the key bindings. Graphics are OK, but I have played Unity games where the graphics are outstanding. It's a great shame because the overall story is actually pretty good, and if this game was given some good TLC I know I would enjoy playing it. But as it stands the frustration of playing far exceeds the issues encountered. I'm not asking for a refund, I just hope the developer corrects some of these issues.

I seen this game on my discovery queues and instantly bought it, the idea of the game alone was a selling point for me. So far I'm totally digging this game! it has an interesting Mass Effect feel to it from the little I've played so far but with an adult twist which I totes Like. I understand the game is in early access and yes there is some things that needs work (such as dialogue moving very fast so your forced to read it quickly lol, there should be the option to click next to continue dialogue versus it being automatically but that is totally ok!) but for the time being it's playable and I'm enjoying it. Being able to make your own character is great because for these type of games it's a must! The character creation is limited but it's enough to get by, plenty of body modification to play with (such as weight gain, breast size, glute size, ya know all that fun stuff). The stealth aspect of the game feels good, being able to distract enemies to change directions so you can safely move around without confrontation is awesome. The combat feels basic but that's ok because in reality every game is somewhat the same, point aim and shoot lol. The graphics are pretty decent, the character models look good and the attention to detail in the pubic region is nice (and by that I mean the shaved pubic area where you can see the hair follicles remnants), the foot placement when your character stands on surfaces is nice (such as hills, ledges or any other surface where most games would show your foot clip through or awkwardly place them to look like the body is trying to adapt to it, not this game though they were spot on!) and not to mention how your character places themselves against walls for cover is also nice. You can definitely tell that the developer TheAesthetik put a lot of love into making this game and he should be absolutely proud of it! I look forward to seeing the direction this game goes and I do hope development continues because I would love to see this game blossom into something great! Keep up the great work! As with another poster, I had difficulty persuading the game to save. I found that I could only save midway through the combat tutorial (either manual or automatic) A minor point about some of the intro text, there is deliberate blurring around the outer edges of the text but this makes it difficult to focus on, suggest the blurring is removed. The dialog interactions with some of the NPCs seems to operate on a timer. Sometimes this makes it difficult to read the text before it switches to the next step. There is also a longish delay before you get the options to respond. It would be better if NPC dialog had a "next" option so people can read the text at their own pace (slow or fast) and this would avoid issues with timed delivery,

No update since the release (7 or 8 month ago) So don't buy it, for now, it seems to be abandonned.

so so far i have had two quests glitch out upon loading/saving the first quest and the blacksmith quest so tldr play through the game in one sitting and during saves do not press any keys potential is there but much work is still left to go

WOULD NOT BUY VARY FIRST QUEST IS BUGGED I FIX THE ENGINES BEEN RUNNING BACK AND FORTH NOT WASTING MY TIME WHEN I CAN GET MY MONEY BACK DON'T BUY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rolling the dice on another Early Access title, hopefully the dev completes it. My experience so far: more time waiting for dialog to finish than playing the game, Waiting on dialogue was about half of my play time so far and that seems common. Character models could use a bit of love. Will be keeping an eye out for updates and see where this game goes.

[u]De que va el juego:[/u] La humanidad fue conquistada por una raza alienígena, a lo que el plan por el momento fue escapar con un "Arca" y el material genético correspondiente así como su tripulación, para encontrar un nuevo mundo "base", en lo que se estudia como contratacar a la raza que nos conquistó, como es un título nopor, todo va enfocado al coito o a lo cachondo; desde darse un regaderazo a ayudar a una tribu y que su princesa se enamore o afiance confianza con el ritual del amor, entrega el contenido de manera genial, lo malo, que es muy poco; solo una escena completa y varios nudes entre variopintas situaciones, lo bueno, que sigue en EA, aunque eso siempre deja abierto un abandono.
