The Alters

Ein wirklich übles Spiel, da man es nur mit Glück zu ende spielen kann! Warum das so ist, weil ein Bug bei Akt 2 das verhindern kann, hat man ihn „Game Over“ wenn nicht geht es weiter. Alten Spielstand laden hilft nicht, verschiedene Stände ausprobiert! Auch das eigentliche Spiel ist ehr mal mau, man läuft eine kerzengrade Storyline, welche grundlegend keine Abweichungen zulässt, da man immer neue Triggerpunkte schalten muss. ohne diese auszulösen, geht nichts weiter. So weit so schlecht, was dem Fass jedoch den Boden ausschlägt ist der Akt 2, man kann diesen Nicht verlassen ohne zwei Türme mit Personal zu besetzen, um das zu dürfen müssen verschiedene Triggerpunkte geschaltet werden. UND HIER KOMMT DER BUG! Selbst wenn beide Türme gebaut und aufgestellt wurden, selbst wenn das gesamte Personal happy ist (und somit arbeiten will), selbst wenn der Schwerkraftsensor sagt "Besetze die Türme" und wenn alle "verdeckten Trigger", also mit Techniker und Wissenschaftler zu dem Thema reden, erledigt wurden. Wird unter "Zuweisungen" kein Arbeitsplatz eingeblendet, mit welchem die Türme besetzt werden können. (Hinweis: In Youtube-Videos werden genau diese Plätze gezeigt und verwendet. Ergebnis: Game over. Reise und somit Spiel zu ende, da kein weiterkommen.

Really great game. I've done several playthroughs of the main story line. And now that the DLC came out did another one for the Main Story and afterwards finished the DLC. Highly recommended if you enjoyed the base game. If you enjoyed Frostpunk, you will likely also enjoy this game.

Playing for the first time, after watching YouTube content for many hours. Game play is intuitive and fun, and the world is stunning and well worth the price of admission. Just be sure you like managing relationships (almost like a text-based dating sim), as that is a core / key part of this game.

Seriously one of the most interesting stories in gaming. I definitely see why Yahtzee Croshaw made this his Game of the Year last year. I will absolutely come back to make different decisions and see the Alters I missed on this run. If you enjoy good stories and interesting characters in your games, this is a must play! And fair warning...there is no right or wrong choice for decisions and you can't make everyone happy.

Need more DLC or a new Alters Game. Enjoyed it very much.

Starts with a very interesting premise, and mostly delivers. The base building mechanics are nice and snappy. It works even better in the DLC. Don't bother replaying it for multiple endings, or whatever. You'll get almost everything worth getting in your first playthrough.
