10/10. Всем советую.
It's an old school point and click, and... While not bad, I guess the setting really wasn't my jam.
Recommend for old-school P&C adventure lovers.

Before I could even step foot in the monastery, I had to perform a digital exorcism on my PC just to get The Abbey to launch. It took some tinkering with an old game, but once the technical spirits were appeased, the game ran smoothly enough. That initial struggle, however, felt like a fitting prelude to the experience ahead: a promise of effort that leads to a decidedly mixed result. This is a point-and-click adventure that wears its age like a heavy cassock. The setup is solid on paper—a murder mystery in a medieval abbey—but the execution is where the monks drop the script. The voice acting sounds like it was recorded by people who really wanted to be somewhere else. The art style tries for painterly but lands on "flat," with environments that lack atmosphere. The characters have no charisma and are thinly developed. I struggled to remember their names till the very end. The puzzles are mostly functional, but a few are so unfair they feel like a practical joke. The biggest offender is your constant reliance on your novice companion, a character so unbearable you'll wish the murder mystery was a double feature. At multiple points, the developers run out of ideas and simply make this character the solution. You’re forced into conversations with him not because it makes sense, but because he acts as a deus ex machina whenever the puzzle design hits a wall. And then there is the ending. Oh, the ending. After all your sleuthing, the game doesn't reward you with a satisfying revelation; it punishes you with a lecture. The final act is buried under an avalanche of painfully long, didactic dialogue that explains the mystery to death. It’s less of a conclusion and more of a history professor droning on after the bell has rung, sucking all the remaining life out of the room. The Abbey is the definition of "okay." It’s a perfectly average time capsule for die-hard adventure game fans who have already played everything else. But for anyone else? There are simply far better games waiting in the chapel.
Una de los poques aventures grafiques que soporto, l´obra dárt d´Alcachofa Soft
Good game, nice story and design. Atmosphere and music and SFX. Beautiful game. This game was from 2008, fully remastered (VOICE, SFX and GRAPHICS) from 2023. This is a gem and unique that allows you to understand that such deep games with deep dialogues, talkative, rich intrigue, 3D + 2D+, atmostphere and music are not produced today any longer. (in 2025) There is no equivalent on the market. You could try Pendulo Studio (yesterday and yesterday origin) to have the thematics of Spanish Catholocism intrigue and plot but you cannot come close.
Great production value and engaging voice acting.
I get to a certain point, the parchment pic and it freezes up and i cannot go any further. was a good game up until then
