This game is one of the most realistic horse games I've played. The controls take some time to get used to especially for non-equestrians, but it's fun once you know them. Currently there's two horses you can ride (Blaze: a large forward going and excitable chestnut, and Tati: a beginner-friendly and slightly smaller grey mare). There's also three areas you can ride in (the cross-country/eventing grounds, the flatwork arena, and the polework arena). Jumping is also pretty realistic and tricky if you've never done it before. Plus, Blaze loves running at the jumps and both horses will try to avoid the flowerbox jumps. I don't recommend this for young children, however, since it's pretty complex and can be frustrating. But older children, especially those who ride in real life, will probably love it. Unfortunately though, this game has been abandoned for nearly two years. Many of the things you see in the trailer (several areas, horses you can ride, and disciplines like show jumping) are not available and I hesitate to say they ever will be. There's hardly any storyline or interactive features besides riding, and no ways to care for your horse, even basic things like grooming. I personally would recommend this game since I enjoy how realistic the riding mechanics are, especially being completely free. But likely not everyone will since it's missing a lot of key parts that most other horse games have.
