Totally Amazing Shoot Em Up even in its early access stage. Gorgeous pixel art work and impressive graphics with no bugs or glitches so far. Smooth controls (XBOX Controller), Very good catchy music. Lots of challenging stages with loads of variety of enemies and you will fight a big boss after completing five stages. 7 Different ships to chose from after you have unlocked them. There is also a shop for power-ups and health to buy. Overall i highly recommend this game. Please help support it if you love Awesome games like this one. Excellent work guys and look forward to future updates. Both Thumbs UP :) SHOOT EM UPS 4 LIFE!!!
Full Controller Support is a LIE!!! XBOX Controller wont work...So refunded the game! Dont buy until a update. Looked Promising
Retro-tastic! 16-bit shoot-em-up ala R-Type, with good replayability due to the rogue-lite structure. P,S, My Xbox controller worked fine (given another reviewer mentioned it)
Enjoying working through the game and unlocking new ships. Fun side scroller with a ton of different weapons. Patiently awaiting the new updates.
Great game. A fast past and challenging. cant wait for the new updates. I would recommend this game to people who like this style of game play. Works with a xbox one controller.
The game Black Paradox made me fall in love with SHMUP and roguelite combo games. Ever since playing it I've been looking for a game to capture the same feeling. This game definitely scratches the itch. Love the graphics. I turned it down to 1600x900 resolution and 30 fps, turn off bloom, and it looks like the pc games from my childhood! My only issue is the lack of meta progression... I understand you unlock ships but it still kinda feels like losing everything when you die. And the game Is quite difficult. I haven't made it too far in the game yet so I can't tell if there's enough stages/content to justify the pricetag but i gotta say it's a pretty good game. I love seeing a new-ish update too, and it shows dedication by the dev despite the fact it hasn't yet received the attention it deserves. I really hope it continues seeing updates and more content added because I gotta say I LOVE the graphics and roguelike shoot'em'up combo. Thumbs up!! Recommend!! I can't wait to see future updates. Hope it's not abandoned!!

* Barni Unicornfarm *Easy *Normal but to Hard for BBarni *Hard *If Barni live long someone will survive this mode

Für das folgende Englisch entschuldige ich mich und schiebe jede Schuld meinem damaligem Englischlehrer in die Schuhe! Und Rechtschreibung ist Freeware! For Mark the Developer: Hey sorry for my ♥♥♥♥♥ English! At first i love your Game also if i never seen the 5 Stage at my lifetime^^ The Ying Yang of "F*** you and Play again is great. Okay ...the most time i think F*** you. So i think a difficulty choice like this are preferable: * Barni Unicornfarm *Easy *Normal but to Hard for Barni *Hard *If Barni live long long someone will survive this mode XBoxController works great! But i have bought a 8BitDo Arcadestick believe in reaching the next stage^^ So.....Mark if you understand my review ,like it , honor it and visit my profile and leave a comment^^!
Are you a fan of classic shmups ??? Then this game will have you covered !!! Fast paced action, good music, choice progression and a Rouge-like RNG system that keeps the replay value high. And more to come, of course, looking forward to that :)
Super fun! Excited for future updates :)
It can get a bit repetitive after a while, but early access promises more content. The basics are similar to most shoot-em-ups, so there's no need to go into detail. You fly from left to right, shoot at enemies, and collect numerous power-ups to improve your performance. Because the game is a roguelite, the fun factor derives from randomness. The first thing to point out is that there is no meta-progression. This means that you always start from scratch with the most basic equipment. The only thing you can change is your ship, but you'll be stuck with the default one until you defeat a boss and unlock other ships. Each game begins in a sector comprised of a random grid of stages. You begin on the left and work your way to the right by picking which stages to play. Depending on how you go through the sector, you will usually have a choice after each stage. The layouts of the stages are not random. Due to the limited number of maps accessible, you may find yourself playing the same map multiple times in the same sector. A single stage can have one of three difficulty settings, which affects the number of enemies. The patterns of enemy attacks are also not random. This way, you always know what to expect and can prepare accordingly. There are several factions in the game, but this only changes the design of enemies in a stage. What is random, however, is loot. Loot is obtained by eliminating specific enemy waves. All enemies in a loot wave will have a colored outline. When you defeat the last enemy in that wave, a random item will be dropped. This can be module, missile launcher ammo, health, or a variety of other items. Modules are the most valuable because they improve certain aspects of the ship. Double fire, penetrating shots, and even extra attack pods that fire at adversaries are just a few them. Because modules stack, you can transform your standard fighter into a genuine killing machine. However, certain things like pods and attack pattern, can only be owned in one type. So when you collect something new, the old one is simply replaced. Weapons, on the other hand, can be picked up and swapped freely. Modules are clarified in terms of what they do. However, if something is unclear, you have a journal that provides further information on practically everything, from weapons to modules. However, the item must be found or unlocked in a game before it appears in the journal. It's a good idea to kill as many enemies as possible rather than focusing solely on loot waves. This is because you gain credits for each enemy you kill. If you happen to come across a shop on your way through the sector and are lucky, you might be able to spend the credits on a new weapon or something you truly need. Aside from the repetitiousness, the game is quite standard. However, there are a few little details that detract from the overall enjoyment. Asteroid fields are one of them. Overall, the stage is fine, however the background and color of the asteroids make them difficult to see. They also shatter into smaller bits, making it incredibly easy to hit one without even realizing it. Enemies with the ability to pass through asteroids and solid areas of a stage are likewise an issue. The worst thing that can happen is during a boss battle. One randomly triggers lasers. If you kill the boss while one of the lasers is active, the laser will remain active and you will crash into it. Because you need to reach a portal to complete a level, this can effectively end your flawless run.
